- Rationality - Finally feel like I'm starting to get my head around "smart training" finding a good balance between rest and extremely lengthy and intense training sessions! Been climbing super consistently and feeling darn great! Sending Sleepy Hollow in a few sessions and crushing at @thelacticfactory And @northsideboulders Leads me to feel this! So much improvement needed but feel like I'm on the right track. Will be heading Grampians again soon so keep your eyes peeled for an update in the next two weeks! -Sleepy Hollow V11/12- What a great trip! Spent a few days last week sessioning in the cave and ended up with a send of this amazing line. Incredible movements on incredible rock forming easily my favourite boulder problem I've climbed yet. - Extreme Cool V9 - Having the best few weeks of my life climbing in the Grampians mid week and feeling all the training paying off with consistency and a large amount of improvement! Came so painfully close to When We Were Kings V11 today. Climbed through the crux and all the hard moves and pumped off the end. Even though I'm wrecked and a little bloody there's nothing that can keep this massive smile of my face! Flashed a rad V7 as well called Bombshell so that was nice.
