I’m going to give Rune Factory 5 a solid play over the weekend and I’ll share my thoughts. I honestly didn’t end up playing POOT much, which js sad. I’ve seen performance complaints about RF5 but I’m still hoping for some fun :-)

So I downloaded it, and I’ve played it a little bit but here’s the thing...

I thought it came out Wednesday, and I was all geared up to play something on switch again, so when I realised it wouldn’t come out till Friday I started playing my three houses “unlock all the supports” save, so I’ve been in a bit of a three houses hole hahahah.

Get a houseplant or two or twelve, depending on your light and humidity levels

Play games like Harvest Moon or Animal Crossing if you're city bound

Decorate with vintage things

Be kind to strangers

I’ve never played AWL, but I thought I knew the gist of what it was like. But I just found out that your character dies in that game??? They get old and die??? Wh??? I thought Nina dying in HMDS was a lot to handle and you’re telling me that the character themself has to confront mortality?
