//Hiii i wasnt gonna do this at first since I dont expect to maintain my interest in the game for long but seeing other Harvey rp/ask blogs has inspired me <3 This post might be a bit long cuz I'm trying to get through everything at once, bear with me
//The blog is meant to be a similar but not identical timeline to the neutral ending! If anything here contradicts anything in the game or the dev q&a, its probably an intentional change. Human Expenditure Program is not and never will be canon to this blog, to my knowledge its storyline directly contradicts the one im putting together!
//Generally, I'm going to avoid ooc posts as much as possible. The blog is meant to be run as if the character is using the Tumblr Dot Com website! So tags may be in character too sometimes. I'll be using the tag #//ooc tags to separate in character vs ooc!
//DMs are open but, similarly, will be in-character UNLESS you specify that you want to talk ooc. I will also accept ooc asks off anon to answer privately, just please specify that that's the intention!
//Text posts/asks generally will NOT be put in the main tag. If I ever decide to make drawn posts for this, those WILL be tagged. This post and the in-character introduction are exceptions to the rule, just to get some eyes on the concept
//I feel it should also be noted, I do not know how long I will run this for! It could be a couple weeks, could be a couple months, could be years lmao. I'll see where the adhd takes me
//Rest of the post will be under a cut!
//Blog stuff//
//The blog takes place ~3 years after game events
//Such a horrific attack would definitely be reported on in some way. So Harvey is aware that the general public knows what happened, and will generally assume anyone that brings it up learned about it online
---//It's also assumed that the public would know Eun-Mi and Toby's names for similar reasons
//By now, the physical wounds have healed - as much as they can, at least. The mental ones, not so much, which is the in-character reason for starting the blog
//Please do not break the fourth wall much if you can help it! I know the game itself is pretty meta, but here we're assuming this is a real guy that experienced real things in the real world
//This blog will be exploring the topic of internalized ableism! And will have mentions of ableism in general. Relevant posts will not be tagged as such if they are not being put in the main tags. For the most part, this is going to be regarding facial scarring from the incident. I don't know how deep I'm going to go into this topic, but it will be relevant enough to his character arc here that i wouldnt recommend the blog as a whole to anyone that isnt comfortable seeing such posts
//Changes from canon//
//Financial strain isn't a factor here, and there's no mystery behind where the money comes from - it was his own. Due to this, the relationship strain in the neutral ending is also not present here
//The whole organized crime thing doesn't happen here
//I've made some minor design changes - this probably won't become relevant though
//The money mechanic is assumed to be some sort of automated process. It's not within Harvey's control, even if it does come out of his money. Don't think about it too hard, i don't intend to do much with this
//As previously mentioned, Human Expenditure Program is not canon here! I haven't personally seen/played it yet, but to my understanding there's no way for me to properly incorporate it with what ive set up </3
What do you like to do on the weekends? Do you do anything fun with your family or do you all just relax? I like to tidy house on the weekends, myself!

It depends, but a lot of times I use the time to prepare for the upcoming week. Tidying up like you said, prepping my son's lunches for school, doing laundry, things like that
What are some of your favorite father-son activities to do with Toby?
I don't think I could choose favorites, any time with him is time well spent :)
The most common thing is playing together with his toys. He's been pretty hooked on dinosaurs for the last few years, so it's usually his dino plushes
Did you and the friend who helped you make the booth ever talk about... what happened? If they never set things up as they did, none of that would've ever happened.
I didn't talk about it in detail, but we did have a conversation about it, yes. Are you trying to imply that she's somehow at fault? She didn't know what would happen any better than I did
I know you probably get a lot of unwanted comments or questions but which are the ones that you don't actually mind receiving? Just to keep in mind for future reference.
I'll answer just about anything to the best of my ability. Don't limit yourself to what's comfortable for me
Have there been times when your trust in your own family faltered? When your wife or son doing or saying something, even if it was unintentionally, set off that feeling of danger?
With my son, no, considering he's only 8 years old
With my wife, it's happened a few times, but it was brief. With how much she's helped me through everything, I don't think I could fully lose my trust in her without a solid reason
A friend..? I can't say that I would allow strangers to even be tempted to cause hard to my friends- Much less leave them with a loaded gun and just.. pray they don't use it.

Oh, no no! The friend set up the automated things, connecting body sensations to funds received. The shop was an entirely different thing
Ah I see!! Moreso soft questions about the incident feel less comfy!! How about with the booth itself? What were you doing? That's something I know the least about!!

It was a charity! Giving to those in need, but in a more fun way. Stronger body sensations meant more money, it didn't matter exactly what kind. I thought it was a fairly safe assumption that nobody would go that route
