They assume this means the burner apartment, but they’re wrong.

Jenna shows up at the Dilaurentis’ house unannounced. She knocks and then immediately turns the doorknob, as if she’s about to walk right in. 

And she would have, had Alison not been there. 

Conclusion: Jenna has met Archer (Rollins) at the house before, which means she’s been in town longer than we thought. Her appearance at the Radley was not her first time back. She may have been in town the whole time, keeping a low profile.
