A bit too strange she has not found any other ghouls -- not a sign nor scent, despite violence a common tendency, none seem to be tied to their cannibalistic tendencies. She needs to keep looking, though. It's impossible to assume these grounds are entirely clean from them.

The city was so large. During her search to find where she would be taking refuge, she found the tram system. Ema despised public transportation especially since she now compared most things with her experiences in Europe. The whole principle was obnoxious. Thus, Ema was obviously upset and in a bad mood which caused her to begin a series of hardy munching. While she chewed along, her eye raised when she heard a rather passive aggressive comment come her way. Despite this, she continued to go at her snacking. “MUNCH You can move if it’s MUNCH bothering you so much, MUNCH you know.” At this, she tossed a snackoo, pelting the person on the head.

Politeness, a demeanor a tad complicated to ingrain in her mind unless the necessity was extreme. These cases weren't too demanding, if anything, she would bask into the glorious opportunity of shedding one of her many facades. She would not retort to violence, but relieving bluntness is quite comforting. Head tilted slightly, lips curving into a sardonic expression once the remaining crumbles where removed from her hair, some still scattered among threads.

"Trying to pick a fight, huh?" 'I can push you when the train comes,' not as if she would, but it's a tempting addition. "Guess you're right, I doubt eating like a pig is possible to change."

For the overconfident ghoul, an obnoxious fear was what prevented facing all without a single care. Courageous is a mere label, unfitting of her for the moment. Birds were simply too -- much. Wearily glancing every corner, removing herself little by little from the feathery creature which did nothing but mind its business, pecking breadcrumbs from the floor.

Fear serves to impulses Touka when hiding behind someone, subtle her movements directed toward said spot -- or maybe a tad too loud, one so proud prefers to not admit such shameful behavior in front of a stranger.

Nauseating is the essence coming from the side, blame placed on a certain bag of snacks. Awaiting for the train a more insufferable process to withstand, annoyance growing every second -- obvious is that she cannot express disgust, nor reveal the reason behind her upset stomach. ✄— He did say he’d drop by Anteiku every once and a while on his travels, and here he was, sitting alone in a corner away from prying eyes and the whispers that followed him, mostly about his stark white hair and the new eyepatch laid over his eye.

Through the whispers, he caught his name a few times, caught praise and fear. Kaneki sighed heavily and waited, head propped on the table.

Weary at the sight, how courage she often flaunts -- slips, incapable to cling onto anything to ever give the needed step in order to reach him. Obnoxious it should be consider hesitance among her repertory of emotions, Touka still too proud to recognize how unreachable Kaneki has become. It was pitiful, almost angering as well to observe him in such a depressing fashion and what would she not give up to end that idiotic burden he has decided to carry? Yet, the thought alone infuriated the ghoul and would turn into an incentive to move forward.

Her notepad would drop on the table in order to call out for his attention, a more severe expression drawn on her factions. An ounce of gentleness is the least she will provide, mainly when she is hellbent on denying they exist.

"You're going to sulk here all the day or what?"
