*..In a day where Ivory felt more paranoid than normal, they approached Irida's room with fast steps, they were already charging their gun.. they couldn't fail Irida again.. not when that angel was in her room again.. they couldn't let her down again. The lights on their eyes were flickering a lot, they were clearly imagining things.. yet they believed they were real, and nothing was going to stop them.*

*They opened the door with all of their strength and aimed at the winged being, a piercing sound filling the room as the room was illuminated with a blue-ish green light coming from their gun, a piercing ray was being generated within it, and seeing how Ivory's gun shivered it was pretty obvious how they wouldn't be able to stop the shoot.*

She nearly jumped out of her plastic and used the left set of her six wings to shield a certain Archangel from the gun, one who was sickly, with Virtues…

*Ivory helped Ariel keeping the structure of the fort, yet they moved away to start working on the inside, they crawled inside and placed blankets on the floor, using them as base, they slowly took Lily and brought her inside, they also brought some pillows and more blankets.*

“It is done inside, just the lights are left, Commander.”

*They said and crawled outside of it, staying down on the floor, sitting and looking at Ariel, noticing xer gaze and tilting their head. One of their cables moved to pet xer hair slowly.*

She immediately floated over with the fairy lights in hand and wasted no time in decorating, yet with each movement she made, it looked like she was dancing, the ends of her six wings glowing a pastel rainbow the whole time as she hummed and began to… softly sing to herself

*Inside the fort was warm and cozy, the fairy lights only added to it. Ariel let out soft purrs at the affection Ivory gave, it was very rare to hear her purr*

*Iridas singing was pretty, though soft and hard to hear it was still pretty. It reminded it of the choirs on heaven.*

*Ariel brought up her hands, it looked like a tiny galaxy was in his palms. Purples and blues, reds and oranges. Xe released it up into the ceiling of the fort, it went along really pretty with the lights*

*Ivory entered the fort once again with Lily and looked at the little galaxy Ariel did, nodding at xer question and slowly curling, getting comfortable. Irida's singing made them purr, cables curling on themselves.. they liked this a lot..*

*They said, since it all seemed almost finished..*

She floats over to the opening of the pillow fort and decides to lower her six wings to the best of her ability before entering, the inside was beyond beautiful, even she had to admit that fact

Oh wow… Archangel Ariel, I had no idea you were able to do such a thing..! It’s so pretty..! And I can see that Ivory’s very comfortable, along with little Lily..!

Well I AM also the guardian of the cosmos, this includes the stars and galaxies. Being a Dominion angel has its perks

*Ariel starts to move around the fort, moving around blankets and other such soft things. Seemingly making a giant nest*

*Lily nuzzles into Ivory, tucking herself into one of the curls of the cables. Seemingly very comfortable with Ivory*

*Yet.. they missed someone else. A cable tugged on Ariel's clothes, Ivory was looking at xer with what only could be described as "big pleading eyes" even if they didn't have.. eyes.*

She hummed softly to herself while resting against one of the pillows, upon feeling one of Ivory’s cables wrap around her left arm, she couldn’t help but rest her main left wing on their lap, a similar gesture since she could no longer use her cables

A Dominion Angel? I’ve heard that they’re very far and few between, Archangel Ariel… it’s rather interesting to know that you’re one of them..!

Yeah, I’ve seen that firsthand, Archangel Ariel… just SEEING The Council… and even the main halls of Heaven… it just… makes me so upset… I didn’t want to hold animosity towards them… but they remind me too much of the corrupt leaders on Earth during The Final War… the cruelty… the abuse… everything…

Oh trust me I know… every Archangel… they suffered horribly under the rule of The Council… for ages… even a Seraphim version of Gabriel wasn’t safe… I just… the hate I feel is… words can’t describe it, Archangel Ariel…

Tears had reformed in her optic, the guilt of what she accidentally did to Gabriel… and what she said to both him and V1 really was a lot… but what hurt even more in that moment was now knowing that the Elders of Heaven tried so hard to keep him locked away… only for her to become his obsession… desecrated for five years decades ago… and now being haunted and hunted once again…

*In the Lust Layer, in Irida's lair, some kind of Swordsmachine could be found resting, it was sitting near the heart shaped pool, never once touching it even if they desired to do so, it would ruin their circuits and even worse. They had a large gun on one of their arms, it was very threathening yet they didn't seem to be very aggresive, they had some cables, just like the ones the Mindflayers had, they were currently resting against the floor, one of them was plunged into the water, being very careful while doing it.*

*Ariel came to the pool often, it was cooling and generally a nice place to relax. The semi secluded area also meant that he didn’t have to think about keeping eyes on her virtues either.*

*today there was someone else there though, a machine. Ariel didn’t know much on machines, but this one was…different.*

A kind of angel made of a human soul, assented humans if you will. I lead the virtues up in heaven, so a few stick by my side. So lovely that they wish to accompany me

*Seeing ivory having cables is both confusing and facinating, they thought only mindflayers had Thoes and this was…not a mindflayer??*

Excuse my bluntness but I thought only mindflayers had cables like these, you don’t seem to be a mindflayer…

*Ivory asked, then looked at Ariel once he asked about the type of machine they were.*

“I am a Mindflayer, I only have the shell of a Swordsmachine.. one that was very important for me.. His name was Ebony.”

*They said, their hand pointing to their own stomach, their flesh was exposed, it was of a bright blue-ish green, a color other Mindflayers also had.*

*Ariel lets out a few bird chirps and on of the virtues comes flocking over, its tiny but fits very nicely into the palm of Ariel’s hand.*

*seeing where mindflayer ‘skin’ met the swordsmachine shell was quite interesting to Ariel, they don’t know much on machines*

*They beep softly as a reaction to the chirps.. It was.. interesting how an angel could do that. Their hand slowly approaches the virtue, the metal of their hand was scratched, it seemed as if they had been in a lot of fights before.. They slowly touch the virtue and pet it, noticing how tiny it was in comparition to their hand.*

“Yes. He is indeed deceased. Don't apologize, it's okay.. Does this little one have a name?”

Her name is Lily, the smallest of the virtues that hang around me, but very sweet

*Ariel reaches out a hand to reveal a small berry vine that has seemingly sprouted from her hand, offering it to Lily. She takes it and little by little it disappears*

Poor girl passed on young…the war got to her. It’s something we have in common, the war took so much from us…

“How did you do that?”

*Then, they turn their attention to the little angel again, its hands still touching her, petting her.*

“Lily. The war.. The Final War, you mean? It took so much from all of us. Including us, machines, our creators, our homes, everything.”

I’m the patron of nature, it comes with my position and why I was created. I can sprout all sorts of plants, from berry’s, to cacti, to moss, and plenty of other things

*As they speak of the plants, Ariel sprouts said plants as a demonstration. The tiny virtue starts chiming again at it*

But yes I do mean the final war, I can only image what it was like living through and fighting the war

I saw bits of it but the time I had was used to grab any wildlife I could find and bring them to heaven so that one day, I could maybe start again…

*They held the archangel close, against the weapon they had as an arm, grip soft yet tight, trying to be as gentle as possible even though they didn't know what was happening. They practically cuddled the divine being against their metallic body, would that help? The thought of it only going worse was haunting them. One of their cables moved away to enter the water, then it pressed against his head.*

*The physical contact startled Ariel at first, but welcoming it after a moment. The fear coursing through them easing a bit*

*The wheezing and coughing kept going, no signs of stopping but as it continued Ariel seemed to get weaker and weaker...*

*The cooling water of the pool helped a bit, helped Ariel have something else to focus on. In this case, the freezing cold water*

*Eventually Ariel stopped coughing, but collapsed onto Ivory. Shivering and shaking uncontrollably.*

*They said, looking around to make sure they were safe before looking at him again, their hand rested at its back, always keeping it close to them.*

*In the Lust Layer, in Irida's lair, some kind of Swordsmachine could be found resting, it was sitting near the heart shaped pool, never once touching it even if they desired to do so, it would ruin their circuits and even worse. They had a large gun on one of their arms, it was very threathening yet they didn't seem to be very aggresive, they had some cables, just like the ones the Mindflayers had, they were currently resting against the floor, one of them was plunged into the water, being very careful while doing it.*

*Ivory was about to say something when they heard the coughing, beeping in surprise. Their cables went to wrap around Ariel, their arm moving him close. They were shaking a little bit..*

“Ariel. Is everything okay?..”

*They held the archangel close, against the weapon they had as an arm, grip soft yet tight, trying to be as gentle as possible even though they didn't know what was happening. They practically cuddled the divine being against their metallic body, would that help? The thought of it only going worse was haunting them. One of their cables moved away to enter the water, then it pressed against his head.*

*The physical contact startled Ariel at first, but welcoming it after a moment. The fear coursing through them easing a bit*

*The wheezing and coughing kept going, no signs of stopping but as it continued Ariel seemed to get weaker and weaker...*

*Eventually, a virtue took their hood off, revealing damaged curly hair, tan skin, and 2 purple wings on her head*

*The cooling water of the pool helped a bit, helped Ariel have something else to focus on. In this case, the freezing cold water*

*Eventually Ariel stopped coughing, but collapsed onto Ivory. Shivering and shaking uncontrollably.*

*They said, looking around to make sure they were safe before looking at him again, their hand rested at its back, always keeping it close to them.*

*They opened the door with all of their strength and aimed at the winged being, a piercing sound filling the room as the room was illuminated with a blue-ish green light coming from their gun, a piercing ray was being generated within it, and seeing how Ivory's gun shivered it was pretty obvious how they wouldn't be able to stop the shoot.*

*They said and crawled outside of it, staying down on the floor, sitting and looking at Ariel, noticing xer gaze and tilting their head. One of their cables moved to pet xer hair slowly.*

*They were now listening to the conversation, one of their cables, the one that was with Irida, started petting her, very gently, wanting to make her know how they would always protect her.. they didn't care from who.*

*In the Lust Layer, in Irida's lair, some kind of Swordsmachine could be found resting, it was sitting near the heart shaped pool, never once touching it even if they desired to do so, it would ruin their circuits and even worse. They had a large gun on one of their arms, it was very threathening yet they didn't seem to be very aggresive, they had some cables, just like the ones the Mindflayers had, they were currently resting against the floor, one of them was plunged into the water, being very careful while doing it.*

*They said, their hand pointing to their own stomach, their flesh was exposed, it was of a bright blue-ish green, a color other Mindflayers also had.*

Their hand slowly approaches the virtue, the metal of their hand was scratched, it seemed as if they had been in a lot of fights before.. They slowly touch the virtue and pet it, noticing how tiny it was in comparition to their hand.*

“Yes. He is indeed deceased. Don't apologize, it's okay.. Does this little one have a name?”

I saw bits of it but the time I had was used to grab any wildlife I could find and bring them to heaven so that one day, I could maybe start again…

*Ariel begins to cough, violently so. Wheezing and gasping for air while coughing up tar. He curls in on himself but it doesn’t do much*

*The tar stars leaking from the corners of her mouth as she’s coughing, the virtues seem to notice and go near Ariel*

*Ivory was about to say something when they heard the coughing, beeping in surprise. Their cables went to wrap around Ariel, their arm moving him close. They were shaking a little bit..*

“Ariel. Is everything okay?..”

*They held the archangel close, against the weapon they had as an arm, grip soft yet tight, trying to be as gentle as possible even though they didn't know what was happening. They practically cuddled the divine being against their metallic body, would that help? The thought of it only going worse was haunting them. One of their cables moved away to enter the water, then it pressed against his head.*

*The physical contact startled Ariel at first, but welcoming it after a moment. The fear coursing through them easing a bit*

*The wheezing and coughing kept going, no signs of stopping but as it continued Ariel seemed to get weaker and weaker...*

*Eventually, a virtue took their hood off, revealing damaged curly hair, tan skin, and 2 purple wings on her head*

*The cooling water of the pool helped a bit, helped Ariel have something else to focus on. In this case, the freezing cold water*

*Eventually Ariel stopped coughing, but collapsed onto Ivory. Shivering and shaking uncontrollably.*

*They said, looking around to make sure they were safe before looking at him again, their hand rested at its back, always keeping it close to them.*

The lights on their eyes were flickering a lot, they were clearly imagining things.. yet they believed they were real, and nothing was going to stop them.*

*They opened the door with all of their strength and aimed at the winged being, a piercing sound filling the room as the room was illuminated with a blue-ish green light coming from their gun, a piercing ray was being generated within it, and seeing how Ivory's gun shivered it was pretty obvious how they wouldn't be able to stop the shoot.*

“It is done inside, just the lights are left, Commander.”

*They said and crawled outside of it, staying down on the floor, sitting and looking at Ariel, noticing xer gaze and tilting their head. One of their cables moved to pet xer hair slowly.*

They practically cuddled the divine being against their metallic body, would that help? The thought of it only going worse was haunting them. One of their cables moved away to enter the water, then it pressed against his head.*

*They opened the door with all of their strength and aimed at the winged being, a piercing sound filling the room as the room was illuminated with a blue-ish green light coming from their gun, a piercing ray was being generated within it, and seeing how Ivory's gun shivered it was pretty obvious how they wouldn't be able to stop the shoot.*

They had a large gun on one of their arms, it was very threathening yet they didn't seem to be very aggresive, they had some cables, just like the ones the Mindflayers had, they were currently resting against the floor, one of them was plunged into the water, being very careful while doing it.*

*Inside the fort was warm and cozy, the fairy lights only added to it. Ariel let out soft purrs at the affection Ivory gave, it was very rare to hear her purr*

*Iridas singing was pretty, though soft and hard to hear it was still pretty. It reminded it of the choirs on heaven.*

Oh! Wait let me try something

*Ariel brought up her hands, it looked like a tiny galaxy was in his palms. Purples and blues, reds and oranges. Xe released it up into the ceiling of the fort, it went along really pretty with the lights*

*Ivory entered the fort once again with Lily and looked at the little galaxy Ariel did, nodding at xer question and slowly curling, getting comfortable. Irida's singing made them purr, cables curling on themselves.. they liked this a lot..*

“..Yes.. very pretty. Come inside, Commander.”

*They said, since it all seemed almost finished..*

She floats over to the opening of the pillow fort and decides to lower her six wings to the best of her ability before entering, the inside was beyond beautiful, even she had to admit that fact

Oh wow… Archangel Ariel, I had no idea you were able to do such a thing..! It’s so pretty..! And I can see that Ivory’s very comfortable, along with little Lily..!

Well I AM also the guardian of the cosmos, this includes the stars and galaxies. Being a Dominion angel has its perks

*Ariel starts to move around the fort, moving around blankets and other such soft things. Seemingly making a giant nest*

*Lily nuzzles into Ivory, tucking herself into one of the curls of the cables. Seemingly very comfortable with Ivory*

I’m glad you all enjoy it, it’s been a bit since I was able to show anyone this

*Yet.. they missed someone else. A cable tugged on Ariel's clothes, Ivory was looking at xer with what only could be described as "big pleading eyes" even if they didn't have.. eyes.*

She hummed softly to herself while resting against one of the pillows, upon feeling one of Ivory’s cables wrap around her left arm, she couldn’t help but rest her main left wing on their lap, a similar gesture since she could no longer use her cables

A Dominion Angel? I’ve heard that they’re very far and few between, Archangel Ariel… it’s rather interesting to know that you’re one of them..!

*Ariel started to softly pet Ivory, seeing if they would enjoy it. They were such an interesting machine, one of a kind. A work of art*

*They had never really thought that about anyone before...*

Yes, things really have been messed up since his disappearance. But I will admit things from before weren't all 'sunshine and rainbows' as the humans said...

*Seeing Lily be comfortable enough to rest with a machine was a sight to behold, from what they understood, Lilys life was ended by a machine...*

*Ivory didn't answer, they were too flustered to do so, instead, they kept purring and wagging their tail as they kept Irida, Ariel and Lily as close as possible.. They even cuddled with Lily, waiting for Ariel to join them so they could cuddle together, they really wanted to hear his purrs again. They even tilted their head towards the pets.*

*In the Lust Layer, in Irida's lair, some kind of Swordsmachine could be found resting, it was sitting near the heart shaped pool, never once touching it even if they desired to do so, it would ruin their circuits and even worse. They had a large gun on one of their arms, it was very threathening yet they didn't seem to be very aggresive, they had some cables, just like the ones the Mindflayers had, they were currently resting against the floor, one of them was plunged into the water, being very careful while doing it.*

*Ariel came to the pool often, it was cooling and generally a nice place to relax. The semi secluded area also meant that he didn’t have to think about keeping eyes on her virtues either.*

*today there was someone else there though, a machine. Ariel didn’t know much on machines, but this one was…different.*

“She has been attacked not long ago, I now serve as a guard, I keep her safe. Apologies for my words, but, what are those? Why do they follow you?”

*seeing Ivory point to his virtues made them slime a bit, they always loved showing off their virtues*

A kind of angel made of a human soul, assented humans if you will. I lead the virtues up in heaven, so a few stick by my side. So lovely that they wish to accompany me

*Seeing ivory having cables is both confusing and facinating, they thought only mindflayers had Thoes and this was…not a mindflayer??*

Excuse my bluntness but I thought only mindflayers had cables like these, you don’t seem to be a mindflayer…

What exactly kind of machine are you??

“Human souls? That's.. interesting. Can I pet them?.. Are they fragile?”

*Ivory asked, then looked at Ariel once he asked about the type of machine they were.*

“I am a Mindflayer, I only have the shell of a Swordsmachine.. one that was very important for me.. His name was Ebony.”

*They said, their hand pointing to their own stomach, their flesh was exposed, it was of a bright blue-ish green, a color other Mindflayers also had.*

*Ariel lets out a few bird chirps and on of the virtues comes flocking over, its tiny but fits very nicely into the palm of Ariel’s hand.*

*They offer the tiny Virtue to Ivory*

…so this ‘Ebony’ you speak of…I can only assume he is…deceased…correct? Since you are wearing his shell??

*seeing where mindflayer ‘skin’ met the swordsmachine shell was quite interesting to Ariel, they don’t know much on machines*

*They beep softly as a reaction to the chirps.. It was.. interesting how an angel could do that. Their hand slowly approaches the virtue, the metal of their hand was scratched, it seemed as if they had been in a lot of fights before.. They slowly touch the virtue and pet it, noticing how tiny it was in comparition to their hand.*

“Yes. He is indeed deceased. Don't apologize, it's okay.. Does this little one have a name?”

Her name is Lily, the smallest of the virtues that hang around me, but very sweet

*Ariel reaches out a hand to reveal a small berry vine that has seemingly sprouted from her hand, offering it to Lily. She takes it and little by little it disappears*

Poor girl passed on young…the war got to her. It’s something we have in common, the war took so much from us…

“How did you do that?”

*Then, they turn their attention to the little angel again, its hands still touching her, petting her.*

“Lily. The war.. The Final War, you mean? It took so much from all of us. Including us, machines, our creators, our homes, everything.”

I’m the patron of nature, it comes with my position and why I was created. I can sprout all sorts of plants, from berry’s, to cacti, to moss, and plenty of other things

*As they speak of the plants, Ariel sprouts said plants as a demonstration. The tiny virtue starts chiming again at it*

But yes I do mean the final war, I can only image what it was like living through and fighting the war

I saw bits of it but the time I had was used to grab any wildlife I could find and bring them to heaven so that one day, I could maybe start again…

*Ivory slowly take the virtue in its hand and bring her near their chest, looking down at her.*

“Start again? You want to restore Earth? Isn't that impossible for one angel alone? Heaven really is interesting, I guess. Good luck with your objective.”

It’s a monstrous task…but I wish to one day repair it, if only slightly…

It may take an eternity, it may never be quite the same ever again, but I wish to try. No one else possesses my ability’s in heaven, it has to be me…

*Ariel begins to cough, violently so. Wheezing and gasping for air while coughing up tar. He curls in on himself but it doesn’t do much*

*The tar stars leaking from the corners of her mouth as she’s coughing, the virtues seem to notice and go near Ariel*

*Ivory was about to say something when they heard the coughing, beeping in surprise. Their cables went to wrap around Ariel, their arm moving him close. They were shaking a little bit..*

“Ariel. Is everything okay?..”

*They held the archangel close, against the weapon they had as an arm, grip soft yet tight, trying to be as gentle as possible even though they didn't know what was happening. They practically cuddled the divine being against their metallic body, would that help? The thought of it only going worse was haunting them. One of their cables moved away to enter the water, then it pressed against his head.*

*The physical contact startled Ariel at first, but welcoming it after a moment. The fear coursing through them easing a bit*

*The wheezing and coughing kept going, no signs of stopping but as it continued Ariel seemed to get weaker and weaker...*

*Eventually, a virtue took their hood off, revealing damaged curly hair, tan skin, and 2 purple wings on her head*

*The cooling water of the pool helped a bit, helped Ariel have something else to focus on. In this case, the freezing cold water*

*Eventually Ariel stopped coughing, but collapsed onto Ivory. Shivering and shaking uncontrollably.*

I-I’m sorry…

*Ivory kept the angel close, never letting him get hurt by anything, now two of their cables were trying to make him feel better with some water. They had noticed their hair and how bad it looked, yet they cared more about how they were now.*

“..Do not apologize. Is everything okay now?”

*Ariel wrapped himself in its wings, they felt like they were freezing and boiling alive at the same time.*

S-should be…worst of the coughing stopped…

*They couldn’t do much more than just lay there, body absolutely exhausted from expelling energy it just didn’t have.*

*The virtues cuddled in close around Ariel and a few near Ivory as well, the virtues seemed to realize Ivory was trying to help. Not hurt*

*Ivory's cables wrapped around Ariel, two of them, the other two kept plunging themselves in the water and petting xer hair with it. Ivory's body started to be pretty warm, was it on command? It seemed like it was.*

“..Im not going to leave until you feel better, Archangel Ariel, I will protect you.”

*They said, looking around to make sure they were safe before looking at him again, their hand rested at its back, always keeping it close to them.*

*The warmth from Ivory was both very wanted and absolutely unnecessary at the same time. But the closeness was nice*

*Ariel was absolutely baffled by the kindness shown by someone they had just met, and a machine nonetheless…what they had been told about machines was quickly being proven false*

*..Ivory kept Ariel close, lowering their body temperature so she wouldn't feel like xe was burning, they believed that logic for some reason.*

*..In a day where Ivory felt more paranoid than normal, they approached Irida's room with fast steps, they were already charging their gun.. they couldn't fail Irida again.. not when that angel was in her room again.. they couldn't let her down again. The lights on their eyes were flickering a lot, they were clearly imagining things.. yet they believed they were real, and nothing was going to stop them.*

*They opened the door with all of their strength and aimed at the winged being, a piercing sound filling the room as the room was illuminated with a blue-ish green light coming from their gun, a piercing ray was being generated within it, and seeing how Ivory's gun shivered it was pretty obvious how they wouldn't be able to stop the shoot.*

She nearly jumped out of her plastic and used the left set of her six wings to shield a certain Archangel from the gun, one who was sickly, with Virtues…

*Ivory helped Ariel keeping the structure of the fort, yet they moved away to start working on the inside, they crawled inside and placed blankets on the floor, using them as base, they slowly took Lily and brought her inside, they also brought some pillows and more blankets.*

“It is done inside, just the lights are left, Commander.”

*They said and crawled outside of it, staying down on the floor, sitting and looking at Ariel, noticing xer gaze and tilting their head. One of their cables moved to pet xer hair slowly.*
