Nanatsuya Shinobu no Housekibako volume 4 chapter 13

disclaimer: I've been collecting this series for a while now, and have been translating it on and off for my own entertainment; and since the releases had been non-existent for a while, I decided to start slowly working on a scanlation. but chapter 11 was released 6 months ago by a group, and I didn't want to shoehorn in, especially as I don't have the time or resources to provide regular releases. I read that they had only planned to release ch 11-12 due to lack of people, so I decided to upload a one-off for chapter 13. with the episodic nature of this series, there's really no information you need from ch 12 to understand ch 13, although ch 12 does further the overarching plot concerning the 'red jewel' that kitagami is looking for. all this is to say, I hope i'm not stepping on any toes, and also don't expect more in the near future.

t/l notes: key terms in this chapter: bubble-era (referring to the excessive and luxurious styles and aesthetics that cropped up during the bubble economy in japan in the 80s); college girl boom (where during the 1980s it was more common for women to attend universities, and were invited to popular tv shows; resulting in a trend known as the 'college girl boom'.)
