We can understand how daunting the concept of redemption can be, and a lot of people will surely have questions about it! So that's why we started this account! You can send through questions and we can answer them to the best of our ability!
We are open to pretty much any and all questions about the hotel!
(And questions about us personally, if you wanna get to know the staff a bit more!)
But with a few guidelines:
Please don't ask anything like... wildly inappropriate. We trust that you won't, given that this is a place of redemption, but Vaggi pointed out that I should probably make it clear that we won't tolerate it. So clear it has been made! Flirty and/or suggestive content will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We ask that you don't interact with this blog if you are under 18. I, along with all the staff, am over 21. And given the nature of redemption, this account can touch on adult topics sometimes! That said, we think it's genuinely fantastic if a sinner so young is interested in redemption, so if you are a minor, we suggest calling us instead to get your questions answered. Or just drop by for a visit! We'd love to have you! Head to our website for more info!
You may specify which of our staff your questions are for to guarantee a response from them! If no one is specified, your ask will probably be answered by me, Charlie Morningstar, the owner of the hotel! Though sometimes other people may answer it instead if they feel they have something to say. I like to encourage the others to express themselves!
Remember that it can take some time for asks to be responded to! We do also have an entire hotel to run on top of this account, after all! If you've sent an ask, it has probably been seen! We will most likely answer it when we can, but we do still reserve the right to refuse questions for any reason. I really want to say we'll definitely answer them all, but Vaggi insists that we shouldn't promise something like that. :(
This isn't really a rule so it's not in the list of guidelines, but also, feel free to tag us in anything you'd like us to respond to!
Here's an overview of the staff!
Charlie (default text), yours truly, is the owner and head counselor of the Hazbin Hotel!
Vaggi (purple text) is our head manager, who I work closely with (and absolutely adore)!
Niffty (blue text) is our quirky but passionate maid!
Husk (green text) is our surly bartender with a heart of gold!
And Alastor (red text) is the host and a partner of the hotel! He's normally rather averse to modern technology, but he's agreed to write his responses to the questions he may receive on paper, so that we may then transcribe them and publish them here on his behalf! Supposedly...
A note about Alastor: he's got quite an... unhinged and violent intense reputation. We'd advise caution if you want to direct a question to him. He's... usually friendly though! Sort of! For whatever that's worth!
Oh, and Lucifer (orange text), my dad! And... he's here too... I guess...
