Though this is one of the more obvious details, I still love how instead of cell phone it says Hell Phone, and then it even says "Hah get it?"
That humour is pure gold!

Probably not the first but...
I had a thought about Alastor from Hazbin Hotel this evening. During this scene (apologies ahead of time for the trippy gif), there is one frame that is different than the others:
(Credit for screencap goes to imgur user SlyeFox, post found in the comments here)
See the stitching at the corners of his mouth? And the two pins in the left side of his chest?
He’s a voodoo doll.
And his mother made jambalaya.
I’m willing to guess that Alastor was from Louisiana (or roughly that area) before he died.
And given his fondness for the stock market crash (”Why I haven’t been that entertained since the stock market crash of 1929.” Laughs. “So many orphans.”), use of the word “picture show” (which came in to modern use during the 1910-1915 era) and the outfits he gives everyone during his song (1920s-esque), I feel safe in guessing that he might have grown up/lived/died sometime around 1910-1930.
Anyway. That was my thought.
Additional thought (credit to my brother for this): when Alastor knocks on the hotel door, he uses the “Shave and a hair cut” beat, which I believe came in to prominence between 1899 and the 1930s.
These are the only scenes of the pilot episode (I believe) in which you can see this x mark on his forehead.
The first is his threat that if he wanted to hurt anyone, he would have done so already.
The second one is during Vaggie's explanation who Alastor is.
The third one is after Alastor had smashed Sir Pentious' ship, and seconds before he announces that he's starved and asks who wants some Jambalaya.
The first scene is the only one I think, in which you see the pins! But the pins actually slipped my attention, so I love that someone pointed that out! Good job!
Yet there is also this picture.
It looks difficult to recognise, but the left glowing part of his face doesn't look like an eye. It almost looks like it's something parting his head at the front! Which strongly reminds of the "boys" he's depicted with a lot.
There is also one picture that reminds of needles or skewers.

Alastor provokes Vaggie a lot
Especially during the singing of his reprise.
Beforehand he already did quite a lot to agitate her, but during his song he keeps the two actively apart.
It starts with him hugging both, so invading personal space yet again, just this time Vaggie has got enough and withdraws.
Alastor takes a few frames to look after her with a sinister smirk, almost as if he was content she finally tried to exclude herself. The he starts the song and immediately catches Charlie's attention once again with his abilities.
The song is instructed with a catchy melody, accompanied with Alastor smacking Vaggie to the side violently.
The staring words directed at Charlie simply summarize that she's got a dream she wishes to tell, quoting her earlier song on 666 News.
When he tells his real opinion of how laughable her dream is however, he turns towards Vaggie to piss her off more.
It continues with Alastor dancing with Charlie. At this point the colour pattern has changed oddly and the background is speckled with the same symbols that appear around Alastor while he's performing his violent magic.
Needless to say Vaggie is infuriated by how expertly Alastor claims Charlie.
As Charlie moves with the music, Vaggie approaches her to wake her from this overexcitement. Yet Alastor is already there to prevent any contact. He grabs her arm and pulls her off screen to expose her to his shadow demon friends.
Then he even enforces her bad mood by smacking her butt, once more invading her space and infuriating her.
Vaggie can't do anything but watch how Alastor captures Charlie perfectly. He's monopolizing her shamelessly right in front of Vaggie, and Charlie is absolutely oblivious to her feelings in this moment, too caught up by dance and music.
Despite being an incredibly short tempered girl, Vaggie is very considerate about Charlie, so that might be the reason she is not interfering, but Vaggie is clearly hurt by how much fun she has without her. I'd even go as far as to claim that Vaggie is very jealous at this point.
Look at her stunned, disbelieving face before her features drop to annoyance!
It would be very interesting to know how that would have continued/ended if Sir Pentious wouldn't have interrupted Alastor during his (probable) finalization of the song.
The dynamics were already at quite a high.
Sir Pentious probably prevented a very uncomfortable situation, because I am confident Vaggie would have pulled Charlie aside for another much more serious talk!

Honestly, I think Alastor is potentially dangerous and toxic for the relationship between Charlie and Vaggie.
It starts with Vaggie telling Charlie not to let him in and he just enters despite Charlie had only allowed him to speak, not to come inside. While Charlie tolerates that, Vaggie immediately threatens Alastor. When she does so, he tells her that if he wanted to hurt anyone, he would have done so already. That leaves Vaggie quite intimidated and baffled.
That's when he recognises the short temper Vaggie has and probably already made plans to provoke her to create a polarising discrepancy. While he fetches Charlie's attention easily, he also works on Vaggie hating him.
Not only did he use her head as a rest for his elbow while explaining why he wants to help, he also smacks her away once he's had enough of it. Probably because she was already getting angry and he had to do that before she recovers from being stunned and fights back.
That way two highly contradicting opinions are established between close people. That leaves room for arguments.
Just a few moments later he goes as far as calling Vaggie (and Angel Dust, also basically everyone the girls want to help towards redemption) loathsome sinners that are basically beyond help. Of course Vaggie is not amused Alastor badmouths their project.
So when Vaggie warns Charlie of Alastor, he watches them amused, because this is the first disagreement they have within his presence. Vaggie is wary and wants him away, while Charlie is careful but wants his help.
Yet when Charlie orders Alastor to help with the hotel for as long as he desires, Charlie looks over to Vaggie to get her support, but instead of doing that she expresses how uncomfortable she actually is about this.
Once Alastor agrees, he frames Vaggie yet again for his provoking mischief.
Since she's not exactly making a secret out of her need for personal space, especially when it comes to the Radio Demon, he tells her to smile, knowing full well, Vaggie couldn't be further from wanting to smile. And he invades her space!
Mere moments later he provokes her again by belittling her. Alastor knew this was a tiny project in it's early shoes, so it was obvious for a smart, cunning demon like him to know Vaggie is the only part of the staff besides Charlie. Yet he asks where the hotel staff is, and when Charlie points at Vaggie a bit shyly, of course Vaggie is annoyed. And then she's getting told that she is not enough.
Then he takes advantage of the next huge difference between them. Vaggie wants to walk a serious, slow but steady path and puts emotions and excitement aside in favour of calm but secure success. Yet Charlie is different. She gets overwhelmed by emotions quickly and of course Alastor figured that by now, so he uses her excitement to bring in another bad influence. Husk.
Vaggie points out that Husk as well as the booze are absolutely ill placed in their hotel, but Charlie is so distracted by the growth of their staff and potential expansion, that she does not even react to that complaint properly. Instead she tells Husk that he's going to love it here.
Charlie is all happy and overwhelmed and to not disappoint her, Vaggie huffs a defeated "It's okay", but Alastor's schemes do not end here yet. He absolutely monopolizes Charlie during his reprise, first by smacking Vaggie out of the screen, then during his song Vaggie tries to approach Charlie to pull her out of her blinding excitement, but Alastor actually pulls her away!
Later he smacks her butt to aggravate her further, and when he keeps dancing with Charlie, Vaggie gives up and just watches from the distance, probably feeling very neglected and left alone from Charlie.
However I ran out of picture space to enforce my claims, so the song will be part 2 of this post.

A beautiful Stained glass with Pastor tor Hazbin Hotel
I really need to point out how right after Vaggie told Charlie that life isn't a musical, Charlie sings and the background literally points out that what's going on is musical logic!!! That sense of humour is priceless! XD

Angel Dust, the so-called “problematic mlm representation,” is one of the funniest characters I’ve seen in a long time! He’s smart, a good fighter, and is unashamed of his sexuality. He also shows signs of being one of the more redeemable demons in moments like when he pushed Cherry Bomb out of danger or when he wanted to comfort Charlie, but didn’t know how to. He’s probably going to have one of the best storylines, as well as a kick-ass redemption arc in a setting where redemption is supposed to be impossible.
Vaggie, the so-called “problematic wlw representation/angry Latina stereotype,” is probably the most reasonable, level-headed character on the show. She only became violent three times. The first (and only time that involved someone actually getting hurt) was when she punched the cameraman for insulting Charlie. The second was when she threw a knife to get Angel’s attention. The third was when she literally threatened one of the most powerful demons in Hell, because she was just that determined to protect the Hotel. She’s willing to put herself on the line for those she cares about, even when she knows she’s dealing with someone who’s way out of her league.
To people calling these characters harmful caricatures… Did we even watch the same show?
The extra hole
When Sir Pentious attacks at the end of the pilot episode, Alastor opens a hole to devil knows whatever sub-hell.
Then you can see one tentacle grab the bomb (?) Sir Pentious brought, while a second hole just opens up.
It throws the bomb right into the extra hole, yet the ship is held in place.
Once it's in it goes BOOM with a bright pink cloud!
And seriously, I kept wondering why that is. Would the tentacles have taken the bomb down with them, the explosion would have harmed them most likely.
Alastor is a smart nugget to be considerate about that, yet that detail makes me wonder about one more thing:
Does that mean Alastor is able to open and close holes to dimensions however he pleases? The detonation of the bomb didn't harm the tentacles, meaning the two holes weren't connected underneath. My conclusion is that those were two different "rooms", each with an own "entry" or something.
So... Alastor is that powerful? He can willingly open even lower levels of hell, multiple ones to boot, and then at the same time he makes the creatures obey his very commands?!
That's... heavy.

TV-typed demons show up three times during the first episode (as far as I recognised). And I actually think those are two different demons. However the one at then studio in the same picture with Val has a striking resemblance to the most powerful demons Vaggie mentions during her explanation who the Radio Demon is.
An interesting fact to point out~

All eggs of Sir Pentious are tagged with numbers. Eggcept for this smashed friend here. Apparently he was supposed to die when Alastor attacks the ship. After all, Eggboy here is tagged with #ouch

Angel Dust is actually able to smile like an absolutely pure angel! ♡
This is the face he makes when this "effeminate fellow" offers the thing he can do, and Alastor politely declines.

While Alastor watches Charie getting plucked apart by Katie on TV, he was actually standing next to a bunch of posters that literally warn of him. The most visible one even states "Do not f-ck with him!"
Also the picture used for the poster is the same Vaggie later used in her explanation for Angel Dust.
I love that detail!
