Only Freddie could make a scrabble party this extra. This is the purest thing ever.
Freddie and Jim sitting together playing scrabble like a married couple, with Brian & Roger is the purest thing ever and no one will convince me otherwise.

okay but genuinely I feel so sorry for kids in fandom now a days (especially on Twitter, since that seems to be the hot new fandom site and where I see a lot of this happening). theyāre expected to just know everything and be aware of everything happening in the world at threat of being called an awful person or cancelled entirely. theyāre expected to be open abt everything about themselves: name, age, triggers, mental illnesses, anything that could be a āprivilege pointā, etc (where the hell is the safety in that?? did teaching abt stranger danger die out?)
I just⦠everyone fucks up when theyāre growing up bc you donāt know better, even if you try otherwise, but doing that in this culture of having to be perfect and flawless or else? Iād be terrified, just because I need that fandom outlet and the fact if I messed up it could be taken away in an instant and I would be deemed a bad person on a personal and moral level is horrifying.
everybody needs an escape, but it seems like fandom there is so inundated with discourse and real life issues that I can never imagine it being an escape like I had when I grew up. I use fandom to escape how fucking awful real life is, but so many fandom twts I see are like 80% carrds and threads or ppl shaming others for not engaging in them.
idk if this post has a point. I guess I just feel really bad for young kids being brought up like this, because they donāt have any experience with an alternative

DOWNLOAD: BEATLES BOOKS AND CLIPPINGS
Making a change from the Buckingham Nicks and Fleetwood Mac stuff I usually post, lol. I thought Iād upload these for anyone interested - not many of my followers, I know, but hopefully itāll be seen in the right tags.
Basically, these arenāt my favourite Beatles books by any means but these are the ones I have a digital copy of. Iāve also included many, many uploads of magazine scans I bought off eBay years ago, as well as some other magazine PDFs I have, and the digipaks/booklets from The Beatles remasters in 2009.

āThe whole album is a fantasy, ācause it sounds like the four of us are there altogether having fun and making the album, but for most of the time when youāre listening thatās not the case, you know, it is built to sound that wayā. ā Brian May about Made In Heaven (1995)
Ever go through a phase where you donāt listen to The Beatles for a while, then listen to one of their albums and just think: yes.
