So I'm having a hard time understanding what I am suppose to learn from my relationship with my parents. Why did the universe pair me with these particular people. What is there to be learned? What is there to be gained? I'm not sure. I keep turning to astrology to help me figure it out. I know that looking at my birthchart will allow for me to see the dynamics of my family and. Such but I need it to be writing out explicitly. What am I supposed to learn from my parents. I need to know. How else am I suppose to move on?

solar plexus healing

I’m not sure when I became so protective of myself and my emotions that I’ve been having a hard time even conveying them in my writing as I once was able to. I want to document my journey of self healing. The past three years I’ve been trying to heal my digestive system. From the intestines to the rectum, down tot he color of which my toxins escape my body. The entire time I failed to hear my solar plexus chakra in the pit of my stomach speaking to me telling me to take back my power. The power I lost from being sexual assaulted three years ago. The power I forwent as a bulimic for more than 10 years. Follow me on the journey of my personal healing journey.
