A therapist recommended that I make some #anxiety cue cards that I can keep around where I can see them. The goal with an exercise like this is to help us feel grounded and to get us to use mindfulness to reduce our emotional suffering. I tweeted some of mine. (You have to read from the bottom up for them to be in consecutive order.) What would you put on YOUR #Anxiety cue cards? Have you ever done something like this? Might you try?
