If I am completely honest, I never thought I would outlive my 30’s. Until recently, I did not realize that this thought was a belief that had somehow become normalized in my mind. Doing the work to uncover the root of this thought found me reflecting on the fact that my own father died young. As a child, I somehow embraced his reality as my own destiny. Uncovering the root of this belief was and remains one of the most freeing things I have ever experienced. With that explanation in mind please know that I am celebrating the next 50 days with any and everything I can think of that I WANT to do!
