Welcome! Health and Couture is a fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle blog. Health (nutrition) and fashion are my passions and I am excited to share them with you. Not everyone wants to “go hard or go home” but everyone wants to look and feel great while incorporating a confident and healthy lifestyle into everyday life. I’m here to help and teach you how by sharing my own. Being healthy is important to me because I know how crucial it is on life and living. My beautiful grandmother died at the age of 49 from lung and breast cancer and I have other illnesses in my family such as heart and weight problems. I’ve seen the struggle first hand and I want to not only help my family, but also help anyone interested in learning more about nutrition and also throwing in my fashion advice and opinion to help boost your confidence.
