Once upon a time I watched this movie, I watched it over and over. And to this day I still fall asleep watching it, It's My ultimate comfort movie. I used to watch this movie and daydream about finding a love like this, finding someone with that much patience and kindness and understanding, and I honestly was starting to believe it didn't exist, not for me anyway. And then surprisingly and suddenly I found exactly what I was hoping for. (Which in itself is kind of annoying because that's what every good romcom and every well-meaning person with advice will tell you, "it'll happen when you least expect it")

So here I am, continuing to rewatch my favorite movie, and it's completely mind-boggling to me that I found the love that I was looking for. I'm so thankful this movie exists, it gave me so much comfort for such a long time, just to see that amazing and gentle and healthy love exists is such a big deal ❤️
