I had done at least a month of straight going to the gym daily. Then I started going 5x a week. Then every other month stopped altogether. 2 weeks 3days a way. And now I'm back Goals: 1)hoping to cement the discipline some more. 2)Put on 7-10 lbs primarily fat by the end of 8 weeks exactly. ( The beginning of the semester) Short term goal: look better in 1 week 5 days 3) use the device to measure fat and such 4) grow pecs, arm and hams.
