Reverse dumbbell flyes on inclinated bench - messed around with inclination 10lbs 8 reps, 10lb 8 reps, 15lbs 6 reps
Intermixed with Shoulder Press 25 lbs 8 reps, 25 lbs 8 reps, and what I believe is the form for lifting another person up.
