An article of great fascination for a young woman like me, suffering from dark cardiophilia and expert on chest and heart self-torture also by means of introduction of needles.
It regards a 17 years old girl who sent on purpose a medical needle into her right ventricle. The article talks in general manner about needles ended into a human heart, by case or on purpose, about the outcomes, about risks and damages they are able to make, about how medics generally proceed, and describes in a detailed enough way the case of this girl, the exams made, her open-heart operation, the extraction of the needle stuck in the interior of the right ventricle, impossible without opening completely the ventricle.
Some pictures illustrate the surgery. They show how appears the inner part of a young female heart, in the concrete case the inner wall of her right ventricle.
In the web it's possible to find images of a bare heart, but it's difficult to find even more intimate images, as the ones of a heart opened with a scalpel to can laid bare and show even the inner side of its wall. Here you see the heart inside, and the heart belongs to a young girl living. It will be closed and sewn and the teenager will carry on living.

I felt deep emotions while reading and while looking at the stunning inner wall of that wonderful young female heart, injured by the needle. I thought of mine, of needles I pushed into my thorax, of my ancient desire of being hit in the heart, of my wish of showing my heart to someone, especially its internal part, of my need of someone who sees my heart, touches it and opens it physically with a blade, looks at it even inside, photographs it and shows it on the everybody's screens. A surgeon, able to do it without killing me (suicide is not my goal).
There is the way to have all this. It requests courage and great determination. It requests luck too, because the needle has to enter the heart without piercing important arteries. And you have to be aware that you will live the rest of your life with a big scar on the chest. But these things are the price to pay to have the chest and the heart opened by someone and displayed opened and naked on all the screens.
