This is not a poem but I wanted to say that if you are on a weight loss journey, you do not need to achieve society's expectations of the 'perfect body'. You do not need to use weight loss pills or smoothies.  You don't have to go from a size 24 to a size 0. It's hard to look at weight loss videos and see everyone's end goal to be small.  You are perfect just the way you are.  No matter what body type you are now, you are so fucking beautiful
