What should I improve in editing? I'm taking suggestions on how to improve to satisfy people, tips are well appreciated!

Should I do more than icons? If so, what kind should I try out? Examples are welcome!

Hello people! I decided that maybe I should try to change my editing style to something like this! I would still do icon edits but I want to explore this kind of editing style, I'm not experienced with this kind of editing but I'm eager to try it out!

lowkey it gets me burnt out and maybe quit doing something that I was thinking to do and made it for hours but nobody/only a few people sees my works, but when another person who does the same posted the same content, they do? Like..??? what do they have that I don't? what am I doing that's wrong? how come people saw the same kind of work they did but they didn't get to see mine? sighh it gets me so down thinking about how I struggled to think of an idea and decided to make it into something that people could see only for nobody to bat an eye on it.. hate the feeling of being overlooked when I'm just trying my best and seeing the same kind of work, that I tried, get people's attention even if I'm doing nothing wrong,,, sighh sorry you had to see me like this ppl, I'll be working on some icons later,,
