"Well then if you insist." With her leaning into him, there really was only one way for him to hold her. "Both arms around my neck ok? And don't hesitate to lean in as close as you can." When she was ready, one arm rested at her back as he crouched, both scooping her up in the other and letting his wings out. In a powerful flap he took them up above the roof of the guild, another getting them even higher in the morning sky. "Let's go south and see the sea. Good seafood there too!" He said over the short burst of rushing winds.

she nods, and her arms quickly move to wrap around his neck. she didn't need to be told twice to lean in as close as she could. it was a good excuse to do so, not that she thought she necessarily needed an excuse. if she asked, she was sure he'd allow her to do so, but then there was that little voice in the back of her mind that told her it would be weird to ask him. she'd push that back for now.

as they raised into the air, she wraps her arms around his neck more tightly, her head leaning into his chest and her breath barely noticeable on his skin as they flew higher and higher. ❝ i've heard there's a hole in the wall seafood shack close to the sea that makes great food -- ❞ she can't help the laugh that escapes her as they fly, having more fun than she's had in quite some time if she were remembering correctly.

It would help that Neo was big enough to carry her under him than the other way around. It only mattered how he was going to carry her, not that it mattered, both would be extremely intimate if he wanted to save her from the fast winds.

"If you're ready now," He started, turning to guide her towards the door. He hadn't realized she still held onto him, so used as he was to having her close that even this elongated time of close contact wasn't enough to make him aware of it. "We can just fly out from here. But you probably want a jacket. Wind can get cold up there."

she trusted him completely, she knew that nothing would happen to her up in the air even if any other person might be terrified to fall, she knew that feeling all too well, she thought. but neo was bigger than happy, and she knew that he wouldn't let go of her even accidentally.

she walks with him to the entrance to the guild, both of them stepping outside and her leaning more into him as she braced herself for takeoff. ❝ i'll be fine. the cold air might feel nice, actually. ❞

I am… not a chronologically locked rp blog.

That means that if you talk to me to establish that we want to ship our muses, or have a particular relationship or type of report between them, I am 1: totally okay with multiple threads of varying length and styles with you and 2: will probably jump around in the supposed ‘timeline’ of our muses relationships in order to keep things interesting/ make ask prompts work.

For example, we may be writing an intro thread with our muses, but if you wanna send me a thing for like… a first kiss that may happen months down the line (and shipping is what ur up for) go ahead and do it! The way I see it, separate points on a timeline are FUN to RP because then you can look back later and figure out how they connected/ try to work in little details that make them flow together.

Even with his darker complexion it was clear when Neo blushed, his looking away from Lucy only making it that much more obvious. "You really think so huh? Maybe..." The next time that job posting was up, he just might take it. "Well if you're okay with it I don't see why not. It's been a while since I've carried anyone while flying." He paused, "You're okay with a princess carry, right?"

her smile widens, and she tries to keep away the thoughts that would make her blush at the idea of seeing him in another sorcerer weekly edition. not like she kept those under her bed, of course. no, not her.

her face lights up at his agreement to carry her, she had only ever flown with happy carrying her and she was always so worried that he would drop her that she didn't get a chance to take in the adrenaline and the views. ❝ of course -- ❞ though the thought caused the blush she was trying to keep away to come to fruition.

"I guess," As much as he didn't want to think of himself as a good model, hearing Lucy say otherwise did bring a smile to his face. She really had a way to make him see things in a better light - especially about himself.

"Would you be okay with flying? I know I can go pretty fast so there might be some extra wind to deal with."

" i'd much rather see you on the cover than someone like laxus or freed. " not that they weren't good looking, but she thought he was much more attractive than either of them. she smiles at his smile, and tightens her grip on his hand slightly.

a nod, " of course! i don't mind the wind at all. besides, it's so hot out today that i think some extra wing would feel great. "

"Not to mention if they want someone to be a better centerfold model they could go with Laxus or Freed. Pretty sure I'm not high on the list of wanted shirtless two page spreads." The last thing he needed to see was him posing on the beach again, even made him have his wings and tail out for the more 'risque' shot. "That I don't know yet." He admitted with a soft smile. "Probably was just gonna fly for a bit and land at whatever area had the best smelling food nearby. Can't really think of a better way to spend a day off honestly."

" mind if i join you? without a job to take on, i don't have much planned for the day. we could maybe get something to eat... together? "

The pain was quick to die down, Neo's face returning to the pleasant look he was planning on giving her. "Could be worse, could be stuck with doing disguised interviews for Sorceror's Weekly. I'm still upset at how many times I fell for that trick." "True I was hoping to get something today but I think I might just take the day off, maybe go flying somewhere and just relax for a bit." He looked down to Lucy, not pulling away from the gentle embrace of their intertwined hands. "What about you?'

she can't stop the boisterous laugh that slips past her lips at the mere mention of those disguised interviews, and at his second comment. " you'd think they'd be reknowned enough to have WILLING participants, not need to rely on tricking people. "
