1. As someone who was never a fan of RR, but a fan of Kate Kane, I wanted a recast from the start of this season.

2. Javicia and her Ryan have grown on me and I've - for the most part- loved her Batwoman. (I could do without all the trauma-porn, but that's just crap writing, imo.)

3. The racists in the comments are salivating and using this announcement to be asshats.

4. I hope this is just a way to bring closure to Kate's story, because if they pull some b.s. and shaft Javicia then I would hope every Black actor on every show would quit. (I think that's unlikely, but I don't trust The CW.)

Anyway, hope this works out, but this also seems ridiculous. Deep sigh.

I love this version bc she is the only Cinderella to take her circumstance into her own hands (besides Ever After 2nd best Cinderella imo). She was running away when Christopher came for the shoe fitting. 😘👌

Been over twenty years and I still know all the songs. I believe I still have VHS of this. It’s like I’m falling in love with this movie all over again. Only thing MISSING is the soundtrack.
