this time last year i started my recovery from my eating disorder and a year later and i don’t fear most foods anymore. I’ve learned how to have moderation and learned that food isn’t as scary as my brain was making it out to be. i have a handful of fear foods left and i want to tackle them this year. I’m just happy with how far I’ve come in just a year. recovery isn’t easy but it IS possible.
