i don’t understand how anything works i just walk through life terrified
me: I’m not gonna let it affect me
also me: *thinks about it constantly*
sometimes it just hurts and there is nothing you can do about it
I’m literally so tired of every fucking thing
Man it kind of fucking blows when you hear people talk about what an amazing and life-changing event prom night was for them, reminiscing about how they went to prom with their "high school sweethearts!" and how it was "the most magical night of their life!" and it was so great, and how they went on to marry that person, or they went with their "best friend and soulmate" and they just have such great memories of hanging out and dressing nice and getting photoshoots with their partners and goofy pictures with their friends and working up the nerve to ask your crush and gwahgwahgwah and when you look back on your prom you just remember that you went with your abuser and rapist and the way they made you cry later talking about what a mistake this was and how miserable they were because of it all and they wanted to stay with one of your friends you went with because they like them more than they like you, and eventually just gave you the silent treatment for days afterward
they threw him into juggling even when he never asked for it, even when he was tired, even when he never knew how to do it. they wanted him to be, they wanted him to juggle. what a familiar story.
