Personally, I have never done this. But I’ve heard of lots of success stories while doing it. Great to jump start your weight loss or break a weight loss stall. 😍🥚🍳 Egg feast is the perfect way! Ideally you will want to do an egg feast 5 to 10 days. Rules: °One has to eat eggs as the main source of fat and protein. °Per each egg consumed, eat 1 Tbsp of healthy fat. (Grass fed butter, ghee, coconut oil) °One can eat 1 ounce of cheese (full fat) per egg consumed. No more than 6 oz a day. °At least 6 to 12 eggs a day should be consumed. °One should have the last egg at least 3 hours before bedtime. °Spices and hot sauces are permitted, but should be kept at a minimum. Sauces should be low carb. Also you want to be drinking plenty of water. At least a gallon. Quite a few of us have done an egg feast and have seen great results! Remember this is all mindset! You can do ANYTHING for 10 days!
