It feels so so so surreal when I get notifications that people put kudos on OS that I’ve posted in like 2021, like I was in such a different place in my life and I haven’t been able to write properly since then and I used to hate these writings so much, maybe it’s time to realise they weren’t that bad and that I can write again just for the pleasure 🤷‍♀️

Also it was a Sean x Finn from Life is Strange 2 fic, and I love that people are still not over these two, cause me too

Okay I’m like 258 pages in Hazelthorn by C.G Drews and ??? I’m fucking obsessed ?? I had already read Don’t Let the Forest like a week ago and it was such a quick and gut wrenching read like that book got into my head and Hazelthorn is juste as good !!!

Like don’t me wrong I was fairly sure I would enjoy it because I love C.G Drews way of writing like I get in their book instantly and I get way too invested in the characters in a way that doesn’t happen often with other books.

It’s also one of the few books where I yearn for more content whether it is fanarts or even a visual adaptation because I can’t picture images in my head and this books is so visual like I need to see what that garden is supposed to look like how alive it is (also plz if anyone has a fanart of Laurie and Evander when Laurie hold him from the back after Evander gets attacked in his room like I need that)

I just love them so so so so much, and I could kill for the special editions of both books (and imma go read their other books immediately)

Okay I was talking with someone on TikTok about AFTG and they called Andreil an ennemies to lover and like ? That pissed me off so bad I can’t really explain it but it feels like such a one dimensional take ? And like sure they talked about hating each other and they had hateful actions and everything but they never were enemies ?

Jeremy Knox getting healthy is so so so dear to me

Don’t get me wrong it’s also the case for Jean, I want him to get better, to manage to be free from what happened to him and everything, but I feel like Jeremy’s issues are so overlooked because he masks them !!! Even if we have his POV.

Like he deserves to know how much everyone values him and I’m not taking as an Exy player or the Trojan’s captain but as just himself, like the borderline abusive sex he has and just the way he goes for sex when he feels bad is just as much an addiction than drug was and that’s why I feel that he won’t relapse with cocaine in the broken cage, because he has another addiction that’s usually seen as a problem !! I could write paragraphs on how it makes him stop thinking, how it might be one of the few things that he thinks he’s good at and he feels like he’s worth something only because he brings pleasure to his « partners » but that’s also what’s destroying him because he still struggles to separate sex from what happened with Noah and fuck I can’t wait for the moment someone (Jean of course) will make him realise that he doesn’t need to always give give and give to be appreciated.

I truly love these two so much and maybe I’m projecting cause i sometimes feel like I’m a mix of them and I’m going too far with interpretations.

I’m so not prepared for the broken cage because to have all these realisations I really think Jeremy’s gonna be going through even more hell until he will breakdown and it will be devastating and painful but he will finally have to let people help him, very probably because he won’t have a possibility to refuse. I just need him to realise how truly people care about him cause he deserves the entire world

Anyway imma stop now before I start crying, can’t wait for TBC

I find it very hurtful that whoever created me decided to make me have like hundreds of fics ideas (especially when im obsessed with a media *hum hum* All for the game *hum hum*) but whenever I actually want to start writing I get soooo anxious and I just start hating anything I do 🫠🫠🫠

I haven’t seen people talking about that but we can all agree that Jeremy keeps bleaching his hair cause he loves it but instead of having to go to a hairstylist Jean ends up doing it for him, like that guy managed to get Neil’s hair back without him ending up bald and without any training, he can do anything

You wanna know the most unrealistic parts of All for the Game ? It’s not Exy, it’s not the fact everyone has links to the mafia, it’s not even the representation of mental illnesses and medications.

It’s the fact that - except a little bit for Jean (and still it should be worst) - people do not mix up words between languages. Like I’m French. 100%, always lived in France, and I’m fluent in English yet at least four times a day I will forget a word in French and only have it in English and sometimes it’s just full sentences because they don’t really translate

I tend to forget that AFTG is set in like 2006/2007 something like that, which means that Jean left France around 2001. I don’t care that nobody cares about football in the books (especially since it’s the US) and that Jean was supposed to be like completely shut off from the world or anything.

You cannot make me believe that the Moreau family didn’t celebrate France winning the World Cup in 1998, because I don’t know a single person alive at that time that didn’t celebrate (couldn’t tell you about me, I wasn’t born)

It’s always so funny to have different POVs regarding the same characters cause you go through The foxhole court, the Raven king and the king’s men through Neil - I don’t swing - Josten’s eyes who literally couldn’t care less about anyone except Andrew, then you get to Jean’s POV and that guy wants to swing at like so many people ! Don’t get me wrong I love it and he deserves to be able to swing when he wants at anyone but the full 180 between them is amazing 😭

Okay I need to start by saying that I LOVE all fanarts created for All for the Game so so so much, as someone with aphantasia I literally do not have any idea what they look like, I can’t picture it and the number of artworks made my fans in AFTG is amazing love them so muh

BUT

I need to see fanarts where they are actually shows as HUGE athletes ! Like okay I get making Neil or even other strikers slim bc they have to be fast and with his backstory that make sense but Jean ? Andrew ? ANY backliner for that matter ? Like their job is to literally TACKLE people that arrive at full speed !

I need to see them built like wardrobe (some people do and I love them) !!! (Or like a dresser for Andrew given his height anyway) and I don’t mean especially Jean because I’m in love with him and I love men that could be mistaken for bears for their sizes.
