When I first drew Mathilda I only realized she was supposed to have red stripes on her shorts after I had already posted the artwork up. So here is the updated version, with both Leon and Mathilda together!

“I believe in strong women. I believe in the woman who is able to stand up for herself. I believe in the woman who doesn’t need to hide behind her husband’s back. I believe that if you have problems, as a woman you deal with them, you don’t play victim, you don’t make yourself look pitiful, you don’t point fingers. You stand and you deal. You face the world with a head held high and you carry the universe in your heart.” ― C. JoyBell C.

Espectacular!
Before you call Colombian’s racist for refering to Steve Harvey as “negro” (black man), remember that its not the same here as in the USA. Calling people by a description of themselves or a description in general is not offensive most of the times.
For example, I have a friend with dark skin and her nickname is “negra” or “la negra” (black woman) and its a nickname she likes and its pretty common in Colombia.
The same goes, for example, if you would call your girlfriend/boyfriend “fat” that would probably get a horrible reaction. In Colombia, its actually a cute couples nicknames “gordo/gorda”. Its like calling each other baby.
So before you come to the conclusion that a Colombian is a racist, check the context. Its not the same to say “El negro la cago” (the black man fucked up), that saying “tenia que ser un negro el que la cagara” (it had to be a black man that fucked it up). The first one isn’t racist at all in our context, the second one is an awful thing to say, and by all means direct your hate towards them.
I just keep seeing a lot of misguided hate and wanted to clear that up.
