Howdy! This makes me really sad and is still up for debate but I believe I may be dropping Alex, or at least putting him on an indefinite hiatus. Why? 1) The biggest reason is real life, I have several indies as it is and I brought him back out of excitement to write with certain muses-- however, my other indies came first and I don't believe I can handle balancing everyone right now. 2) I'm also not feeling exactly comfortable on him at this time, and although this may be a temporary thing I don't want to force my muse to any degree. I still have my muse, and he is strong but being uncomfortable doesn't exactly make me eager to log in here. I am not deactivating, and this is in no way a for sure thing. I may be back after I finish moving, after some stress has died down but right now I can't be here. However!       To say that his brother is a weakling would be               an understatement but he is still family and               Gareth knows that. Isn’t too far gone in his               thinking just yet to forget something so important.               He shifts after a moment of staring, features               fading away to be slightly more relaxed before               Gareth sighs out.

      “Why does everything have to be so overdramatic               with you? Of course I wouldn’t let that happen.               If you don’t agree you can leave. Nothing is               keeping you here, Alex. We took Terminus               back and there is no way I’m going to let any-               one else storm in here. Its us or them and we               always come first. Or did you forget what               happened to mom already? Not letting that               shit take place here ever again.”

That look, he knew it all to well. Had he really become that much of a disappointment? Things were changing so fast, and ever since the outbreak he could see the rapid changes between each family member, and friend that remained by his, their sides. He couldn't blame them though, especially not after what had occurred during the take over of their home, their Sanctuary. Things had been bad before, they had lost people before but that moment, when their home was ripped from them was different -- -- --- so different that everyone seemed to have changed in ways he never expected of them, not to such a drastic extent anyways -- --- or was Gareth right? Was he the one being drastic? Dramatic? His throat felt dry as he remained fixed in place, listening as his older brother spoke, bringing back memories he would rather suppress. "Leave ? Where would I go, Gareth? this was my home once, remember that? I would never want that to happen again, but why does that mean we have to resort to this? This isn't us, we have other options -- ---                                                                         don't we?"

"Uh -- -- yeah, sounds good."      Alex was still adjusting,      he was always still adjusting.      Nothing was going to change      what had come of them,      and he was in to far to back out now --      but that never seemed to stop him      from pulling a face every time a meal      was mentioned.

There had to be another way, he knew there had to be another way but the fact of the matter was more that he was stuck, forced into a way of living that was n e v e r going to be acceptable --- they were ruining themselves.
