[Someone kicks the door to Quincy’s(?) apartment, and drops something at the door shortly thereafter. It’s too big to just slide under; it’s a bottle(?) of Swag Juice. If anyone still lives in there, they’d hear that same someone enter the (probably by now) vacant apartment next door for the first time in (definitely) a month or two. It doesn’t count as contact if you don’t plan to interact, right?]
[Quincy yelped, then rushed to the door. He hasn't let anyone in for a long while. The room was a mess. He gave up on dealing with the crystalline growths a good couple weeks ago. He doesn't know how to stop them from appearing around the room when he sleeps, and its not like they look BAD. To keep the press off him whenever he does have to leave the apartment, he hid his bad arm (the buggish one) in a fake sling.]
[Whoever came had already left by the time he made it to the door. He looked down to the equipment left on the floor. Quincy doesn't remember ordering anything. He'd hope a delivery person wouldn't be so rude. The boy picked it off the floor and dusted it off before turning it about in his hands. Looked legit.]
[He quietly carried it back to the small kitchen, which he also used as general storage. He doesn't have much of an appetite, and his roommate doesn't need to eat, being a machine-like Doodle and all. A third curious, third excited, and a third nervous, he took a pair of hand (?) carved shades from a drawer, made from the same material as the lusterous litter hanging about.]
[A while back, around the time a second Chronos visited and joined Suzie's team, Quincy upsetted that doodle and got himself cursed. The being wasn't from this time so it was able to affect him, despite his clear importance in the future. He still can't believe that happened TWICE to Suzie. He hasn't seen her in a while. He's checked her apartment, and it looked abandoned. This complex is her's... Did it go back to being city-owned? No matter. He's getting off track in this recap. What matters is that curse made him a like a werewolf, but instead of a wolf, its a Gemin. Those two equipment pieces could prove his theory: that he could evolve.]
[But his nerves got to him. He slipped both back into the drawer. Quincy backed away and slumped to the floor, back pressed against the back wall of the kitchen.]
