HII! fellow traditional artists here I saw about 2 days ago you posted some sketchbook posts and they were SUPER clean. I was wondering how you did that? Is it just the camera you use or editing? I was wondering because any time I post sketches from my sketch book you can tell they are from a physical paper sketchbook super well and they aren't nearly as bright or clean as I'd like them to be! I don't mind it but I'd prefer them to look nicer or more digital-esk
Thanks for looking!

Oh I am SO SORRY I'm only seeing this now.
I simply use my phone camera, so the result might vary depending on your phone camera quality.
When I post sketchbook pieces I usually photograph them in the best lighting I can find, after that I edit the pictures to max contrast and adjust brightness/highlights/shadows/etc. until I get the cleanest result I can get. I usually try to go for a stark black/white result but it's up to your preference!
You can get a similar result with any scanner app for smartphone.
Note that by using this tools you might lose some "lighter" details, for example in some ink pieces you can barely see the sketch underneath because it's a much lighter shade.
I also feel like specifying that some sketches are colored digitally, but I'm sure that's noticeable already.
Hope this helped, and you're welcome!
