The Best Ways to Lose Weight in Weeks
So far today⌠Should I burn more calories? I am stuck at 40 kg (88 lbs) for a while now and I need to lose 4 kg in 4 weeks, but I donât know how to break the plateau đŤ ! Should I repeat exactly the same tomorrow or should I skip lunch? Should I burn more calories today?
BTW I am proud because today I said no too so many delicious but fatty things đ ButâŚit was the third time this week someone told me Iâm way too skinny. This teacher I love, asked me if I am eating, if everything is fine. On Monday, another teacher asked exactly the sameâŚWhy? I am not even that skinny to look anorexic or sick.
 Also I have eat more now than before but with less calories in total. I find out that eating smalls portions through the the day is better than eating just one time. I feel I have eat so much but I really havenât and now I donât want to so much binge as before đÂ

Change your nutrition
