Ryan Sook - Ghost Rider
you there, pal, you're gorgeous. keep up the great work so far.
"H-Hell isn't w-waiting for you or anything, baka!"
"You’re talking to a fool that hasn’t sold his soul to the devil, at least. Anyway, I would’ve figured. But I’ve been to hell a couple of times, didn’t like it - got sunburn and it lacked a pinacalada stand so I think I’ll pass on the ‘your soul is stained with the blood of innocent' spiel before you try and get me down there. At least take me to somewhere scarier-er like… New Jersey.”
"How funny Stark. Perhaps the man this body belongs to is a fool, a gullible one at that - but I don't think you're in a position to spout about what you want. I only wonder what damage you've caused in this city. Though believe me when i say New Jersey has nothing compared to Mephisto's realm for land price."
So this was altogether spooky. Peacock was honestly taken aback by the flaming man, his bizarre knowledge. Given everything he mentioned, it wasn’t hard to believe him. Well, the “skull on fire” part helped too. But still, something didn’t sit right.
"Acts like my—? Hey, moron, if yer so smart, you oughta know my pops kicked the bucket ages ago!”
Unless he meant…
"…Wait. ol’ Ben?" Big Band did fit the bill of acting like a father. Much to her chagrin at times. “What do you know? He ain’t even here!”
And if she was hearing this… guy right, that last mention sounded an awful lot like Marie.
"Look. I don’t care who ya are, I ain’t havin’ you badmouthin’ my friend. I know she’s the Skullgirl. That’s why I’m keepin’ an eye out on her! If that thing starts takin’ over her, I got my work cut out for me. So why don’t you just butt the hell out? I know what I’m doin’!"
"My heart bleeds for you child, really it does. Except if every mortal's sob stories affected me I'd be in the ground."
"Badmouth? That's what you call it? Do you even know how many people she's killed? Let me give you a hint: Most serial killers don't even reach a tenth. She's slowly losing herself; and when she does I do not care if you end her or someone else does, but I can assure you I'll be dragging her down to hell."
The being leaned in slightly, and even though it had no lips... the skull almost seemed to be pulled back in a smile. The flames that covered him from the neck up burned hotter, reaching a whitish tip at the top.
"As I said, I'm hear to judge. Don't think your whims are going to imfluence me in any way at all."

"Your words are meaningless. Did your brain happen to melt along with your flesh? Power is everything. Existence is futile without might, and the same goes with power. How can one protect without first being able to protect themself? You are neglecting the other side of the coin, Flame Head. I do not tolerate this foolishness from my brother, and I won’t from you either.”
"A foolish belief, to think that I am human. I am The Ghost Rider, and I know that power is nothing to vengeance - Might does not make right, and even the strongest cannot break that which is as rigid as the law."
"If you dare threaten me again, spawn of Sparda, I will push you into the depths of hell myself!"
Asshole. Alright, so her hands weren’t exactly clean, and the simple act of being born a Siren had already earned her an astronomical bounty. $720,000,000,000. She was used to being pursued. But those bastards at the Abbey deserved what they’d got. She’d do it again if she had the chance. And as for the deranged, or already hostile inhabitants of Pandora? Some sacrifices were necessary. “What a flattering description of my past.” Obvious sarcasm. “But considering your head’s on fire, I guess I should consider this a warmer welcome than the one I was greeted with on Pandora.”
“Right. Look, I don’t know what you do or don’t know about me, and I don’t really care, but about the threat I pose?” One hand on her hip, her tone remained frank but not antagonistic. Matter of fact — only slightly sharper as she cut down to business. “I am capable of phaselocking enemies into another dimension, where they will die a prolonged and painful death. If this does not appeal to you, I suggest you stay the hell away from me and mind your own business. There,” she said almost pleasantly. “Now you’ve delievered your warning, and I’ve delivered mine.” Nice and even.
"A head gag. I can assure you mortal that I have never heard anything like that before. Or perhaps I have, and I'm just rolling my eyes had how pathetic that response was. Even the smallest dogs can bark loudly if the need calls for it."
"But Lady, you're talking to someone whose head is on fire and rides a motorcycle made out of demonic brimstone - who works for one of the master of Hell. Do you think I'm going to be afraid of dying, someone that's actually quite laughable in this world, or do you think that's the same as me heading home for the weekend? And, just so you know; even without my powers in this city I am still capable of gathering enough strength to twist your head off your shoulders with minimal fuss."
"You'd think the church here would at least try to hide the stench of corruption that spreads from it."

"Those are some strong words for someone so oblivious."
"You call what my brother does "justice"? He’s a Devil Hunter, exterminating his own kind. Just because he has a different reason for killing, does it really make us any different? The weak don’t survive. That alone is enough reason to search for more power. I, on the other hand, want more."
"I know more than you, pawn of Mundus."
"Your brother fights for a noble goal - while you smear yourself in pathetic attempts to gain power. Power which you will never have and that you will eventually fall trying to reach. It is true that the weak do not survive... but neither do the strong. You are all equal in death. And the deserving always recieve their punishment. Turn away from your path, before I pull you from it."
The Harsher, the Sweeter [Open/Intro]
On the roof of one of the buildings in Sector 003 the scars of a brawl gone wrong litter the ground. Thugs and masonry lie there in tatters, as just over the edge a man hangs for his dear life as the Ghost Rider hoists him by his neck.
The man known as Johnny Blaze once again questioned how he got here. He was at the bar, wasting what little money he had in these first fews days when a bunch of punks came in jeering. One of them must had done something in his life - and what that was set this whole event in motion. Johnny Blaze wanted to get out of that now destroyed bar as soon as he could.
But Johnny Blaze wasn't in control at this moment in time.
The skull peers at the man its holding in its grip as it leans in, the smell of burning leather heavy in the air. it gets as close as it can get without burning the flesh before whispering into their ear.
"Do you remember them?"
The man stares at the monster, shaking his head and pleading that they don't even know what they've done wrong. The being responds with a single sentence;
"They remember you."
The hand drops, and the thug falls all the way to the ground, nothing more than loud thud signalling that they've landed. The skeleton turns slightly, noticing someone coming from behind them.
"Another sinner, perhaps?"
“ I see, my reputation precedes me. Im honored.“
"I'm so glad that you are. It's not every day that someone like I manage to run into someone who can be described in such colourful language. Pray tell, on what level does this honour compare to lavishing yourself in shallow revenge and lust?"
ebonyguts started following you
"The brand on the back of your neck reeks, human. Almost as much as the dyed in smell of blood on you. Especially that of the children."
Well, if that ain’t the way to buzzkill, I don’t know what is.
"You wanna tell me where the hell you heard all’a that, motorhead? ‘Coz I can tell ya, you got me all wrong. I ain’t like those guys. An’ I ain’t never gonna be."
"'Heard'. A rather quaint notion. This face isn't just pretty, little girl, I have insight into most things that people like you can only dream about. The dead don't become silent when they pass; they mark the name of those that have wronged them - curse them forever. It is my duty to avenge those souls. For the dead cannot seek vengeance, so I shall carry it out for them.
"I'm only warning you. You're young, and while you may fall there is still the possibility that the love of the person who acts like your father may still save you. Others, like the girl you gave everything for, are a different story however..."
"Consider it an act of— what the—"
Great. So much for any ‘I’ll incinerate your brain’ threats. This guy looked like he already had it covered. “… Whoa. Well that was unexpected. Guess this place is a lot more like home than I imagined.”
"But if you think you scare me, you’ve got another thing coming." Kind of a shame if things got ugly. She wanted to ask him how he did that head-thing.
"Unexpected? A woman like you, with the powers you wield and the trail of bodies behind you or all shapes and sizes finds something like me 'unexpected'? I should take that as a compliment."
"But I'm not here to scare you, I'm not even here to kill you. I've just come to deliver you a warning. As I said, your sins have travelled here to this realm as well, mortal. And it is by fate that I am here too, to enact vengeance upon you if the threat you pose is too great."

"Hmph. You say you’ve heard of my father’s legacy? Poison must not fall too far from the root of power. In any case, I will live up to his name. Unlike my brother. My father’s weapon is in my possession, and my might matches his. Hell has a seat on the throne reserved for yours truly once I return to claim everything for my own."
"I know of Sparda. I know what he raised, and how he fell. But I warn you, possessing the weapon does not make you his equal. And you misunderstood me."
"I spoke of his poisoned spawn; but that did not mean I was referring to both. I referred to the one poisoned pitch black with evil - I spoke of you and your disgusting existence."

"Perhaps I should roll out the carpet and place the fine dinery on the tables. Before my sight I see, parading no less, the Whore herself covered in white."
Judging all sinners.

"Hey, lookit that! It’s Nicholas Cage!"
"Sorry. All out of mercy."
"Even to a child like you. You cover up the brutal acts that you were subjected to with humour and mockery; but you can never truly escape the pain. Even worse, you're slowly becoming exactly like they were. No, even worse - you're becoming naught more than the thumbs that plucked your eyes out. A tool."
