A binge

A binge to me isn’t eating a bowl of something simple it’s where I tell myself I won’t go over 500 and I continue eating or when I say I’ll only eat half of a burger but I end up eating the whole thing this is why it’s called a mental disorder we are not “generalizing” the word binge we are dealing with an illness

there isn’t a certain amount of calories that dictates a binge, but what a binge is is eating past the point of physical comfort, not eating past the point of mental comfort.
