Hihi! Discovered I’m a system again, hitting harder than usual (I keep forgetting a lot due to amnesia + blurriness so it stops me from remembering I’m a system.) any advice on what to do? I’m a new host. (Also check recent post if u want)

Hi there!

All I can really tell you is to journal and log symptoms; amnesia, dissociation, etc! Focus on that. Obviously, get professional help as soon as you are able to if you suspect this disorder (or make sure you have a safe therapy spot in case you are already in therapy).

To your post: Communication with alters can be near impossible. I have been working on DID in therapy actively for 3 years now, and it's still pretty bad for me. :( Journal, write notes, etc! Focus on that.

Last thing, stay away from syscord and stuff like that especially if you're suspecting. It can do SO much harm. Research with reliable sources!

An ID Pack is a post where I compile names, pronouns and profile pictures, eg. based off of a fictional character, that people can use for themselves!
