First and foremost, the drought of updates is unacceptable, and I’m sorry about that, and at least let me explain why.

1. I’ve been having trouble drawing ponies. Not like, they’re hard to draw, but I’ve been struggling to make drawing them interesting. I’ve been finding there are only so many interesting poses a quadrupedal, longer than they are tall, creatures, but I can fully accept that it may be all up to my creative bankruptcy.

2. There has been a fair amount of fall off as far as excitement in the pony fandom goes, I’ll admit that I’m even a season or two behind. sounds really bad, “I don’t wanna cause it’s not popular!“ but it’s more that my passion for the franchise just isn’t as strong as it used to be with how weird and inconsistent the identity of the show is at the moment... I enjoyed the movie though.

3. And well... things have been nuts IRL. At first it was just me trying to keep my head above water during classes, but now things have gotten worrying. Started having money problems in December, now I’m worrying if I can afford rent this month. In the same time frame one of the biggest drama bomb was dropped in my family. I’m not here to beg for money, just that I need to put my life into order, or radically change my life.

So, the future of this blog is really uncertain, but there is some potential good news. A friend of mine is planning on starting a pony related project, and has asked if Blue Gubrious can be a part of it. Being very sparse on the details for now, but if anything comes of it I’ll let ya’ll know.

Regardless of what happens, this blag was a pretty important part of my life, and I won’t just unceremoniously dump it, I’ll do something, at least give it some kind of closure, I just need o get my life in order first.
