did you know that

drinking room temperature water hydrates your body faster than cold water? Your body can absorb it straight away and start to use it because its the same temperature as your organs. If the water is cold, your body needs to heat it up for it can be used, actually causing your body to work harder.

Im so sorry about all the times i treated you badly. You were so perfect for me. You could handle anything i put you through.  I wish i had been more careful, and told you more how much i loved you.
