ah. of course. hawks is quiet for a moment, feet rooted to the ground as he studies the girl. it’s unnerving how little of toga would seep through to people who weren’t looking hard enough. even more so to think of just what sort of collection he’s adding to now.
“ yeah, yeah. ” he says, finally, and a hand comes to rest at the nape of his neck. he thinks, maybe, he should drag this out - see what he could get from toga before tossing over the small vial in his pocket ; but, ultimately, he’s put all his time & effort into building trust with dabi. trying to expend that to the others in the league is only more difficult on his end.
with a huff, he reaches into his coat pocket and balances a small, glass vial filled with toga’s request. “ ye of so little faith. did ya think i’d disappoint that bad, toga-chan ?? ” he tosses the vial over, brow raised.
an excited sound escapes her throat. as if she was getting a gift from an admirer as her fingers easily catch the vial. fingers hold it and investigate it with interest.
❝ woooow. you did so well, this will be definitely helpful on our end. they won’t even know he’s dead. ❞
having such a high ranking hero’s blood in her collection made her features burn, sliding it into her pocket as she put a hand on her chest.
❝ of course not ! i just thought you may have gotten a lil carried away is all, i could relate. ❞
arms spread and she grips the other in a hug. to those passing it would just seem as if it was an excited fan meeting the no 2 hero. at least they thought it through to not have the other meeting with a known league member in public.

If any of the nerves just below his lower-lid still FUNCTIONED, he’s certain that they’d have caused a TWITCH by now to have something to show for the growing emotion within his chest ( stirring into annoyance, it’s the only thing you seem to feel any more ).

the irritation is nothing new, and doesn’t even register with the girl as she continues her gentle hum. legs kick out and eyes sparkle with what they are about to do, and when the other speaks -- that joy flickers back to him with an eyebrow raise.
❝ i understand i guess, but that doesn’t mean i can’t be excited about it too ! ❞ hands clap as she pulls her legs up, going into a crouch as she notices the raised hand. knives slowly removed from their place at her legs.
❝ nope, quick and fun. i can savor whatever i want after. well, maybe i may take a little more time with that one, but i’ll make sure he can’t make a sound. ❞ her finger moves to hover over her lips, as if shushing her future victim.
❝ now ? ❞ eyes turn, and her grin splits even farther. like a child told that she can unwrap her presents at christmas.

OK there’s so many i wanna talk about tbh, but this time i’ll choose @defygravitas / @hemomimic / @vocalcontrol !! so i love ash to death and i enjoy every single muse she makes !!! we met in another fandom first but honestly she became such a blessing coming to this fandom and bringing all of her good quality content. i LOVE her ochako and her amazing verses of it - the guardian angel ochako is so sweet ???? and ash NEVER FEARS of making ochako being a freaking badass and is capable of writing so much starters and stuff when inspired that I WISH i could write as fast as sonic like her and at same time keep my writing so good like her. i also love her TOGA that can def give you the CHILLS and fu ck you up and also shinsou (that isnt active atm but deserves a honorable mention) that we’d TALK about making them “BORUTO’S DAD” FANS and that’D BE SO FUNNY and just adorable. i def enjoy interacting with ash and look at her amazing skills at every given chance and she’s a blessing and an enjoyment to see on my dashboard.
