I have started to promote my Pinterest VA business as I feel ready to work with different people but on a more tailored approach.

You step forward today

Today I embarked on my journey to becoming a psychotherapist one phone call and very sure of the future knowing that my gut feeling is the best thing to listen to. I have always wanted to be able to help other people and always loved art and expressive creativity. Seeing the outer world and the world within in it. Then the closer and the inner world. I have naturally become fatigue in the way how I couldn't help. Seeing feeling seeing and nothing. As an empathetic person, reciving different peices of knowledge from the media and the streets. Just as much as anyone else. Know that I am starting this course creates a really great start to me becoming who I am supposed to be. I am a full time mother and freelance artist, just didn't want to leave it there. If you have an interest develop it and start from now. Invest in yourself where you are able to. Sometimes the best investment is inself.

JANU-WHO

Been a whole fruit of a January busy isn't even a metaphor. It's been mayhem not even finished yet. The Amount of sudden phone calls and visits I have had. Have been outnumbered and quite excited. Talk about new year new me. Not everything has been all jolly, life really has its ups and downs. I've met myself in a space where I am OK with how I feel. If I am upset then that's it. If I am angry then it's that. You kinda get the picture. Come to a space where suppression is suffocation. And I know it's not healthy.

Get set Get ready GO!

I attended a business seminar yesterday online via Tim Han it was very interesting and insightful. I got a lot out of it. The main thing that stuck on me was the elastic band theory. I could relate to it on a different level. Elastic bands return back to its natural state before you overstretch it. the elastic band represents your comfort zone. I have been going in and out of my comfort zone for the longest time. Testing different things out but not sticking to any. I am ready to step out now because that comfort zone is not a growth zone at all. It's stalemate.
