Malfy Gin Gin & Tonic

You know I always test my gins with a classic Gin and Tonic. This Malfy Gin from Italy makes a nice little G&T! This isn’t your classic, standard, old school gin. This is much more focused on citrus with the juniper hit pushed back quite a bit. The gin is very focused on lemon - no surprise with “con limone” on the label. It makes a wonderful, almost tropical G&T that is perfect for warmer months! I added a twist of lime to mine to give it another citrus note. 

Make it how you like, but here’s an idea:

2oz Malfy Gin

1oz tonic syrup

Top with soda water

Garnish with a lime.
