The new and improved Ella Lavellan
Hi hi. I just got DAI for the pc. So I will be making Ella with mods and stuff. So a reconstruction of her blog will come soon.
Thank you for bearing with me, I’ll be active here soon. <333
“Good morning, Lethallan.” Ellana was up early and bright eyed. She had some time before her war council meeting and wanted to help the troops by collecting some weaponry that was scattered on the training grounds.
Ella smiled. “What are you doing up so early?”

“Who are you, stranger?”

Your muse just found mine after being missing, but with severe amnesia, send "Don't you know who I am?!" For my muse's reaction.

{ M } – “ A wise decision, Inquisitor. I have, after all, done nothing to betray your trust thus far. Had I wished to hoard the secrets of this place, I would not have asked that you accompany me in the first place. ” She lifts a hand, tracing the intricate runes that mark the door to the ancient temple. Though overgrown, the place is truly majestic – the construction simply unlike anything that exists in modern Thedas. Otherworldly is the only suitable word for it, as though they lost themselves somewhere in the forest and stepped into another realm entirely. “ Nor if I thought ‘twould be dangerous, for that matter… ” With a click and a flash of soft, green light, a crack formed between the doors and grew as they began to swing open. Whatever wards had barred the place before had been banished by her touch.
Ellana smiled quietly as she watched Morrigan work her magic. It was a sight to see; she was magicless, untouched with the gift; so when she saw magic performed; she couldn’t help but be impressed.
The temple bent to her will and any kind of protective wards that had been in place had dispersed. Magic was truly enigmatic.
Nodding slightly to the witch; Ella cautiously strolled into through the threshold of the decaying ruins.
“I wonder how old these ruins actually are.” She spoke as she looked around at the markings on the walls.
Hello, sorry I haven’t been active lately, real life an all, so I am thinking of changing Ella’s url. Anyone have any suggestions? :3
Head dipped, the corners of his eyes being dabbed with his sleeve discreetly—oh how he missed Starkhaven but he knew.. he would never return. Instead he focused his attention back in the present and not lamenting in the past and he pushed a plate of tarts that had sat at his left in the middle between them for the young Herald to help herself.
“I liked it very much Ella.” He finally rumbled, that soft expression still written across his features. There was so much that he missed from Starkhaven, the food, the music.. but Skyhold was his home now. Stephen was his home.
“I’m just writing out some requisition forms to give to Cullen, and a few personal letters to be sent out, mostly about my estate in Orlais, and Starkhaven.” A pause as he contemplated if he needed anything but he merely shrugged. “Nothing comes to mind Ella, sweet, but if you see anything you think I need while you are out feel free to pick it up.”
Ella noted the somber expression but didn’t say a thing; it wouldn’t help if he asked him if he was alright. She knew Atreus long enough that he preferred to focus on the task at hand.
However, she hadn’t meant to make the other so sad; she had to cheer him up somehow. She couldn’t remember Starkhaven in its entirety; but she remember eating something delicious, a meat pie; perhaps, her mamae had got it for her.
Turning her attention back to Atreus as she helped herself to a tart. “Well, I will keep an eye out; I’ll be there for a few days at least. The rebels are stirring up trouble and there is rumors of a demon prowling around one of the estates. We got to help Fairbanks and the others. It’s the right thing to do.”

“What do you think, Inquisitor? Will this treatment help or hurt, or will it even work at all? Is it worth it? What is the best thing for you, for the Inquisition?” Imogen made sure her tone was both soft and firm. She would support any decision Ella made, but it had to be Ella’s decision. The elf had had enough decisions taken from her or made for her lately, Imogen refused to do the same.
“She’s right, Inquisitor,” Dagna piped up from next to Josephine, “we don’t know what will happen, if it will help or make things worse. It worked in the lab, a little – more than expected, but I don’t know how well it works when inside a living person.”
Ella closed her eyes in contemplation. She weighted the good with the bad, this would work, something deep in her; told her that this would work.
Finally, she opened her eyes and nodded. “Let’s do it.” She spoke as her grip on Imy’s hand tightened.
“I want to do it, if it works, I can be normal again and help fight without worry.” She looked to her advisers.
“Though…if it doesn’t and worsens the lyrium…don’t stop for nothing. Find another Inquisitor and continue on.”
Quill scratched against the parchment, lines of neatly written word flowing with each curve and dip of his wrist he didn’t look up however when he heard someone step into his office—he knew from the way her footsteps sounded upon the floor. He finished writing the sentence he was on so he didn’t lose his train of thought before he finally set the quill down in it’s stand.
“Ella sweet.” He greeting, smiling with warmth at the lute and the sound it made when strummed. He leaned back in his chair when she began to play, and it was barely a few notes into her song when the look of recognition flickered across his features.
He didn’t sing, but he whistled lightly along with the tune, a swell of homesickness bubbling up in his chest which caused him to look away after a while, moisture prickling at the corner of his eyes.
When the song finished; Ella beamed happily at the elder. She believed with all her heart, she was put on this terrain to make others happy, and even if it was with her little lute and her voice she would do so.
She couldn’t help but notice how Atreus’ work load seem to grow and she feared he was going to get overwhelmed or stressed. So, she wanted to play some music he would like; from the look on his face, she did.
Strumming the last note and smiling; she placed her lute against his desk and plopped in a vacant chair.
“I hope you like it, Atty!” She smiled and leaned over to see what he was working on; not unlike some nosy daughter who was looking for some attention and a good pat on the head.
“What are you writing?” she asked before looking to him. “And do you need anything while I am out in the Emerald Graves?” So many questions, so much energy.

It pains him, even now. More so just knowing that he has what he needs to stop the ache sat in the bottom of his desk. But he will not reach for it. No. He must be stronger than that.
Cullen jerks slightly at the contact, tense before he looks at her and relaxes some, running a hand over his face. He did not enjoy this, constantly being on edge. It reminded him too much of being at Kinloch after the massacre.
“I’m fine, Inquisitor.” A small lie. “There is very little anyone can do for me at the moment.” He would throw himself into his work, and pray that was distraction enough to keep his mind from it.
The young Inquisitor withdrew her hand from him the moment he jerked away and began to fidget nervously. He kept saying he was fine; but she had a hard time believing him. Tilting her head as her ears twitched; she offered him a small smile.
“I could write to my keeper; if you like. Perhaps he could make something up to make things a bit more soothing.” She suggested; if it was thing she knew; it was her keeper’s abilities to make the best medicines.
“Please.” She began. “I want you to be honest with me when you’re feeling ill; this is not an order from the Inquisitor; but a request of a concerned friend.”

Now that they were back at Skyhold and Imogen was fairly certain the Inquisitor would be treated with care, she should have taken her leave. Though Ella was her friend, it was no longer Imogen’s place to accompany her. But she didn’t leave; she didn’t trust the Inquisition advisers and placed a great deal of blame for Ella’s predicament on them.
No, Ella wasn’t a child and shouldn’t be treated like one, but they sure as shit could have stopped her. Ella was smart enough to listen to reason, even if it went against what she wanted. Had the three advisers spent time actually advising the Inquisitor instead of coddling her, maybe she wouldn’t be in this mess.
So no, wasn’t going to leave Ella alone with them. Whether the others liked it or not, Imogen was staying right there.
Dagna cleared her throat, “We think so, maybe. Maybe not a cure really, more like a way to keep it from growing. The red lyrium acts like it is living, and dies quickly which is why it grows quickly, to replenish what died and to spread further. If we can keep it from growing, then we think it might just die out.”
Ella looked to Dagna; her plum colored eyes widening inquisitively. It sounded like it could work but Ella had to wonder how they would stop the lyrium from growing.
Reaching over to take Imogen’s hand in hers; she cleared her throat to speak. “That sounds good...but how will you stop the red lyrium from spreading?” She asked.
If this works, Ella could return to normal, to be able to smile again; and not see red.
“What do you think, Imy?”
