Joe Biden pens powerful letter to Stanford rape survivor

Vice President Joe Biden released an open letter Thursday to the survivor in the Brock Turner rape case. In the letter, published in full at BuzzFeed, Biden applauded her courage in speaking about her experience and detailed how her “story has already changed lives” for the better.
