Belgium play a solid game while Brazil can’t convert on their chances. Belgium moves on to play France in the semis.

A goal by Varane and Griezmann see France through to the next round, where they’ll play the winner of Brazil v Belgium.

Quite the chippy game ends in penalties, with England emerging as the winner. They will move on to play Sweden.

Ugly goals count just the same as screamers. Sweden wins off an OG and will go on to play the winner of Colombia v England.

What a second half. Japan puts in an incredible effort, but a goal by Belgium in the 94′ sends them through to the next round where they will face Brazil.

A goal and an assist for Neymar, and Brazil are in the quarterfinals. They’ll face the winner of Belgium v Japan.

Penalties again. Subasic comes up with three saves for Croatia, as they move on to play Russia in the next round.

Our first penalties-decided game and Russia pulls off the shock. They will go on to play the winner of Croatia v Denmark.

Uruguay 2 - Portugal 1

Two goals from Cavani put Uruguay through to the next round where they will face France.

France 4 - Argentina 3

Not a bad start to the knockout rounds. Argentina makes it close, but Mbappe & Co. were just too much for them. France awaits the winner of Uruguay v Portugal.
