oh my god, why would you try to make me choose between three of my very favorite underappreciated batladies? i guess i have to say i have a soft spot for cass since she’s a BatKid™ and the only official wayne adoptee we’re still missing, but i’ve also literally never seen anyone play harper or bette so ... those two would be more than welcome as well. this is an extremely unhelpful answer, my friend, sorry about that !!

I hate to be that anon, but I was wondering why Lorena Marquez's FC's ethnicity is Indian when the character is Latina? I just noticed that you're trying so hard for the Al Ghul's which I applaud but then I saw that and I was wondering why. Hope that doesn't sound rude!

not rude at all !! to be honest, that was just an oversight on our part for not looking further into the application when it came, which is our fault. i’ve messaged lorena’s player to help resolve the issue, as we don’t want any ethnic erasure happening on our end. sorry about that, and thank you for pointing it out ( especially in such a friendly way ) !!

fc suggestions for Nyssa al ghul?

let me tell you, my friend, this was really diffucult because of her very particular ethnicity, and also the muddiness of her mother’s ethnicity, so we’d definitely be willing to show a little leeway here. most of the options i found are fairly young, and i’m sticking with her middle eastern heritage per ra’s al ghul (who, yes, i know is technically arab of chinese descent, but for simplicity’s sake when accurate casting is not exactly available):

those links are to gif hunts which we don’t normally do but since this character is so tricky, there you go !! although since we allow comic icons and static icons i wouldn’t worry too too much about gifs. if anyone else has suggestions feel free to share them. i should note that this is a small detail but in terms of our rp we’d also rather see her as nyssa raatko than nyssa al ghul, since i think the only time she ever appears as nyssa al ghul is in the arrow series and we’re trying to maintain a safe distance from dctv/dceu interpretations of characters.
