it's november. and if you're reading this, you probably wish you were much thinner. you're a caterpillar right now. stuffing yourself with food daily, growing bigger and bigger, looking up at the glorious butterflies flying above your sad self. you can't fly, even if you had wings you'd be too heavy to lift yourself off of your leaf. so how do caterpillars become butterflies? well, they stop eating, crawl into a chrysalis, and emerge beautiful. that will you this winter. stop eating, now. cut your calories drastically. you binged? well then p\/rge all of it, duh. hide yourself behind baggy, cozy, winter clothes as you shed your old, flabby, chubby, caterpillar form. then, in the spring, when the flowers begin to bloom and the sun starts to re-emerge from the clouds, you'll emerge, at your thinnest ever.

I've gain weight over the week-end (+1.3kg | +2.9lbs) bc i've went with my friends and i eat and drink a lot. And since i'm starting my new job in two weeks, i want to lose that weight and some more, I want to lose at least 3.8kg | 8.4lbs in the those to weeks to reach my gw n°2. But ideally i would like to lose 5kg | 11lbs.
For the first week, I will fast (water fast than liquide fast) and for the second week i will do omad (>800kcal)
Week one 。𖦹°‧
Monday : water +coffee fast Tuseday : water +coffee fast Wednesday : water +coffee fast Thursday : liquide fast (>500kcal) Friday : liquide fast (>500kcal) Saterday : liquide fast (>500kcal) Sunday : liquide fast (>500kcal)
Everyday : 10k steps, 8h of sleep, 3l of water, 30min~1h workout/body mouvement
Week two 。𖦹°‧
Monday : omad (>800kcal) Tuseday : omad (>800kcal) Wednesday : omad (>800kcal) Thursday : omad (>800kcal) Friday : omad (>800kcal) Saterday : omad (>800kcal) Sunday : omad (>800kcal)
