Then I’d say The Americans fandom is a pretty good one. Even if the show does break your heart at times, it does it with purpose. I’ve said this so many times, but The Americans is probably the best show on TV right now. I don’t understand why more people don’t watch it–it’s been a critical hit, but the ratings have been somewhat lackluster. Let’s turn that around. We deserve entertainment like this.

This sounds like Going Nowhere a.k.a. The Road Series by Nicole Perry! This is one of the  l o n g e s t  stories I have ever read and one of the most memorable! I’ve read it more than once through out the years. Also, I think it’s unfinished. Now, I swear I remember reading a 6th chapter where *SPOILER* Scully goes to the doctor to see if anything can be done for her eye sight *End of SPOILER* but that seems to have VANISHED from the internet because I’ve searched before and I can’t find that last part anywhere! If anyone knows, please share! Or knows what became of Nicole Perry tell her we’re looking for it.

Great, now my science friends from college are texting me about the scientific absurdities and inaccuracies from My Struggle II. As if I’m personally responsible. Take up with Anne Simon, guys.

I told them there were two science advisers for this episode. My friends are an epidemiologist and an infectious diseases physician, respectively. The epidemiologist is now angrily texting me about about Anne Simon’s credentials.

My epidemiologist friend is a professor who also works with the CDC on infectious diseases. I quote: 

“You know what? That makes me angry. So it’s not lack of knowledge, it’s being damn lazy. Let’s be a scary science random word generator!”

“That being said, you can be sure I”m going to run around the lab yelling ‘Primers!!!’ ‘Why are there no bands?!’ tomorrow.”

I'm a long time fan.. I have no words for the revival!!! Other than what a big bag of shit! It's great seeing Davivd and Gillian on screen together again! But they could have been in anything together, because these 6 episodes weren't Xfiles!!! Even the mulder and scully relationship was fucked up!! And that Anne Simon needs to get off Twitter. She's full of shit!
