Kasie’s #notimpressed attitude towards Ziva is priceless.

“I will call ZNN.”

“Ziva David, big bad Mossad assassin, is sitting upstairs! Ooooo! Possibly in a chair! Ohhhh!”

It just cracks me up. It’s just so refreshing! To everybody, Ziva is this huge myth, this badass, impressive living legend and everybody is just looking at her in awe, hoping to just cacth a glimpse of her before she disappears into the night again. And don’t get me wrong, I’m the first one there. But to Kasie? She’s nothing more than a person who may have been mentionned once or twice in passing as the agent who used to be behind one of those desks upstairs and the fact that she can’t be bothered to care about how big of deal it is that Ziva’s back, just because she has more important things to do for now, is just so realistic and I’m so happy they did it. In a way, it could also reflect that part of the show’s audience who couldn’t give a damn about Ziva and that’s exactly how I think they were reacting watching those 2 episodes, rolling their eyes and making fun of the hype.

They will probably meet later at some point, or maybe they won’t, but honestly I won’t even be mad if they don’t because they don’t have any reason to meet if it’s not case or work related and that’s perfectly okay.

It’s just another example of how much thought was put into making these episodes realistic and not sappy to a fault. The fact that they didn’t think it was absolutely necessary for Ziva to reunite or meet everyone in that building at that precise moment, and that they prefered to focus on the important, meaningful reunions makes me love these writers and these episodes even more.

It’s just “interesting” that the last time we saw Ziva, she regretted killing people and now she’s threatening to shoot people in the head in a sheriff’s office.

I get why and we don’t know what’s going on here, but don’t think I don’t notice that this isn’t the same Ziva who wanted to “stop this for him,” okay? Okay.
