Bilbo and Thorin’s reactions to seeing the gold in Erebor
Good Morning, my King To rebuilt Erebor is not an easy task, and often Thorin wakes up before dawn, shifting quietly as to not wake his Consort. When Bilbo wakes - early but not as nearly as Thorin - always manages to find his husband to give him a good morning kiss

What we’ve lost…
"Nice to meet you, Bilbo." Tony nodded his head and shot him a smile before looking down at himself. His own eyes narrowed ever so slightly and then relaxed. "I’m average for my size."
"Well, if you're average then there are likely more people who are shorter than you, so no reason to mention the difference in our height." It was not that Bilbo minded, necessarily, it was simply rude to point out, he waved the end of his pipe to end this subject. "I do hope you had a pleasant day, so far?"
”I’ve never been so wrong in all my life.”
Possible future print, but for the moment is a sticker at my redbubble!
Bilbo is a little emotional after seeing Smaug fly off to Lake Town. If this isn’t how the scene plays out in the next movie, I’m going to be very upset.

To be so tired to pass up food? This was truly not the same hobbit they’d left the shire with. Bilbo had seemed to have grown in the year past, and Bofur couldn’t help feeling a bit impressed at the fact. Well, suppose there were many things that impressed the toymaker about their burglar.
His courage, for one.
Bofur remembered the way Bilbo saved Thorin, and though the toymaker had been clinging to a branch for dear life, he’d seen the way the little hobbit had thrown his body into the orc.
Bravery or foolhardiness. Bilbo had nearly gotten himself killed.
"We’ve done plenty of runnin’ an’ keepin' on our toes. It’s understandable t’be tired.” He admitted, glancing down at the hay between them before returning his gaze to Bilbo.
The toymaker watched the curious look cross the hobbit’s features, which he then answered with a curious look of his own. “What?” He shifted slightly to bring his hand to his beard and mustache. “Somethin’ on me face?” Might have been a piece of hay, but as he smoothed down his mustache, he found nothing amiss.
Having been caught staring at Bofur had a flush rise to Bilbo's cheeks and the tip of his ears.
This was truly impolite behavior, and he should be ashamed of it, getting caught up in his daydreaming like some fauntling — which was quite apt a description, he had to confess to himself, since it had been a habit he had had when younger.
"No, no, no," he was quick to shake his head in the negative to the Dwarf's question, an apologetic edge joining the embarrassment that had settled on his face. "I was merely...well, I was trying to picture what you may have looked like as dwarrowling. It was terribly impolite of me to stare at you, however. I'm sorry."
Bilbo didn't know all that much about dwarves, it was easy enough to imagine Bofur younger though he wouldn't be sure if he'd give the male any justice as to when his beard had started to grow.
Generally, Hobbits couldn't grow beards, those that could were from the Stoor.
"Will you be eating before resting?" Bilbo asked, deciding to maybe averting the attention away from his social blunder. Truly, his father likely was turning in his grave at his lack of manners.
...of course, Bungo Baggins would already have done so the moment he ran out of door to follow behind a group of dwarves and a wizard to kill a dragon.

Ah~ I shall attempt to get replies out tomorrow, hopefully. Bilbo has gone missing during my paper-writing time, I fear.

Aren't you in agreement, Bilbo...
...there are no escape routes for you, don't even think about it. [squints at suspiciously]
