hey guys, i know i've been gone for awhile and trust me when i say i've missed everyone and tumblr SO much which doesn't really explain why i'm doing this but i think i've come to a decision to abandon this tumblr permanently.. i'll still probably check up on it once in awhile but i won't be responding to any messages or posting anything..  i've just been really busy and i'm actually terribly inconsistent at running this blog.. not really fair to any of my followers - which by the way, i can't believe most of you guys have still stuck with me... <33

i'll miss every single one of you... so many of you guys have become an important part of my life, even if its been awhile since we've talked but i'll always remember you and miss you... in fact, i already do miss everyone dearly... thank you to each and every follower & friend (love shout to all 4500+ followers ㅠㅠㅠ) who stayed with me even with all the random and unannounced hiatuses.. and when i stopped doing translations or anything quality on my blog for that matter hahah i know i don't deserve a single thing but you guys made me feel loved and appreciated..

i'm planning on keeping my blog up so if you'd like to look through the translations i've done in the past, you guys are more than welcome to take the ones i've done from books, interviews, videos, etc - no crediting needed! :)

BEAST Ceci Interview: "Not too long ago on a program called "Hello", Yoseob choked up on tears while thanking Gikwang"

Gikwang: When Yoseob took my hand, I thought to myself, "I should give a funny reaction" but I was so taken aback by his tears! "Hello" is not exactly a loud and strictly entertainment show but its still a variety program! Even though I constantly tell myself, "The past is just the past, the important thing is the present and the future", its true that I still hold all the hardships of the times before debut close to my heart. Because of this, I totally understand where Yoseob's unexpected tears came from.

Yoseob: As I was talking to Gikwang, suddenly the word "friendship" came out of my lips and for some reason, it felt so heavy to me. Because we are all friends around the same age, there are times when we get along very well and there are also times when we may neglect each other. However, my emotions toward Gikwang at that moment were mixed with feelings of gratefulness as well as apologetic feelings so the tears came suddenly. I was shocked too.

Doojoon: We all feel the same way because we can all remember times when we went through times of extreme difficulty.

Junhyung: If I think about all the times that led up to our debut, there are still a lot of feelings of sorrow. Even now, there are times when I ask myself, "Why do such things only happen to me?" However, I don't think we should ever forget how we felt at that time.

Ceci: During the show, Gikwang responded to Yoseob by saying, "I didn't know we would come this far either" in order to cheer him up a little bit. How do you guys feel about how far you've come?

Yoseob: To be honest, I've always been very confident about our group ever since our debut. Although I did receive quite a shock because our first album didn't do as well as we were hoping for, I believed fully that we would eventually do well. We've come a long way but we still have a long road in front of us.

Doojoon: First things first, its a good feeling. Its not a easy feat to survive in this industry and receive love from a lot of people. I don't believe that we've come this far solely due to luck though so whether we deserve that love or not, I would still like to congratulate ourselves.

Dongwoon: Life is so unexpected, you never know what will happen. We may even do better in the future than we are doing now. If its something that we've started, we must work hard to see the results. I want to become a person that can proudly tell his kids in the future, "Look, your father was this kind of person"

BEAST Ceci Interview: "Gikwang, to be honest, we were a little surprised to hear that you have a quiet personality"

Gikwang: When I am with the members, I usually play the role of the listener and one who laughs at others' jokes. I don't actually have a good way with words so it still surprises me to this day that I'm a fixed member on different variety programs. People tend to associate me with entertainment programs because of this so they think that I'm funny and that I talk a lot. However, I'm unexpectedly quiet. There are times when I may say humorous or spiteful things on tv but it is for entertainment purposes only. If people think I am arrogant because of it, I guess I can't help the way they feel. Whether it is tv programs, music programs, drama sets, etc, I work hard to focus on my personality to be appropriate and suitable for that specific situation.

BEAST Ceci Interview: "And we have another blood-type B member here. Hyunseung, what kind of personality do you have?"

Hyunseung: I'm really calm and quiet. Whatever I am passionate about, whether it is work or my hobbies, I always focus on myself and place myself in the middle of it. My biggest hobby is using the computer! I never watch TV. If i do watch shows, I will only ever watch it on my computer. I would also say that I am the quietest of the six members.

Gikwang: Its true, he's quiet but when he's having fun, he's extremely fun to be around. He really is 4 dimensional. If anyone were to ask the six of us a question, the rest of us might have similar answers but Hyunseung will surely have a different and unique answer. He's becoming more and more entertaining by the day so the members always talk amongst ourselves that he should be a guest more often on variety programs. (Laughs)

BEAST Ceci Interview: "Yoseob, in your opinion, what part of your personality do you think fans would find unexpected?"

Yoseob: I have an image full of aegyo but to be honest, I'm not really like that. Its actually Dongwoonie who has a lot of aegyo but I guess people think I do because of the way I look.

Ceci: If you don't like having a cute image, couldn't you just hand it over to Dongwoon?

Yoseob: I did hand it over but not too long ago, we had an "Aegyo Battle" on a tv program and I ended up winning it. I guess its because this image has been building up for the past three years. I worry that this image is becoming permanent. To be honest, I fit the personality style of a blood type-B man more. I'm very true to the emotions I feel at any given time.

Gikwang: Ever since I was young, I've always thought blood type-B men were really charismatic. I've known Yoseob for a really long time now and for as long as I've known him, Yoseob always does things that would make girls swoon without trying to be romantic or even thinking twice of his actions. He's not doing these things on purpose, it just comes naturally to him. That's why Yoseob has so much popularity. He's the embodiment of a blood type-B man.
