I wrote this to be read as spoken word. It's not great but I think the core message comes across. When experiencing pain it is normal (meaning generalized behavior/what tends to happen) to walk back and re-experience pain or to hurt others in the process. I feel that that behavior is doing more damage than good. I just want to showcase a third option of not trying to fix things yourself but rather handing them to your master. Your "master" can mean many different things, depending on your beliefs.
