The doctor's causes of death in nuwho are so silly to me. Like:

9: absorbed the time vortex

10: radiation poisoning

11: old age??

12: lazerbeam to the chest

13: GIANT lazerbeam to the chest

14: lazerbeam to the chest

Do we perhaps see a pattern starting to form?

It's even funnier if you remember that 12 onwards is a new regeneration cycle, so it's not just "the last 3 doctors have all died of a lazerbeam to the chest", it's "every doctor in this regeneration cycle so far has died of a lazerbeam to the chest". And, with your help, the next one can too!

Also 10 did very much die of a lazerbeam to the chest as well, he just didn't change his face that time.

I find the mega monsters in power rangers so funny cause what if they actually defeated the rangers. Do they have to stay abnormally large for the rest of time?

Nope! In fact there's several examples of Monsters who weren't completely defeated returning to normal size to prepare for round 2.

Just off the top of my head, Goldar was seen to swap back and forth between giant and regular size throughout the course of the show.

Sarah Jane Smith’s first and last serials as a series regular.  Notice how she’s gone from Ms. Serious Business Journalista to Ms. Children’s Television Presenter in just a few short seasons.

I love that Lis Sladen talks about this in her autobiography and says that she (with the wardrobe team) deliberately chose more and more outlandish outfits for Sarah the longer she travelled with the Doctor, as if the more she explored the universe and visited strange planets and cultures, the more out of touch with contemporary Earth fashions she became…

Going home again must have come as a real shock to the system!

One of my favourite pieces of Doctor Who trivia is that Sarah Jane's outfit in her last story was in part chosen because there was a heatwave and a plague of biting ladybirds going on at the time (1976).

She needed something light to wear that could be sealed to stop the ladybirds getting up inside her clothes. Dungarees with ties around the ankles were in fashion for women that summer because of this.

The plague was wiped out by flooding after this serial was filmed but before it aired. As far as I know a ladybird plague hasn't happened again in the UK.

If I had a nickel for everytime the doctor stole clothes from a hospital I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice

It's a morgue inside the hospital. So he "died" in the OR then got taken to another department in the same building.
